Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Sabaneta

One of the best experiences that I would repeat without thinking !!! We had a problem with the previous Airbnb and we had to leave. Fortunately, we found this Airbnb at the last minute and we were also very lucky that Juan and Sara responded quickly. From the beginning, Juan and Sara were very attentive. If we had any questions, they were there to help us very kindly. The apartment is super nice, clean and the view is spectacular!!! It is a 5-minute drive from Sabaneta Park where all the restaurants are (and there are also restaurants closer) or a 14-minute walk (I walked there many times and there was no problem). 1 minute from the building there is a D1 which is like a supermarket and that was very helpful. It's a very safe neighborhood and there's also a 24-hour doorman. I highly recommend this Airbnb without hesitation!!

I loved the place and would come back. It's small but has everything you need. The view from the terrace is amazing! It is shared though and that is not mentioned in the description. The location is really convenient too, since it's close to the metro and having the park in front of the house has been nice as well. The communication has been excellent.

Spectacular stay! I went to Medellin specifically to take my mom for dental work. Jonathan assisted in dentist recommendations and continuous check-ins to ensure we were comfortable; he truly cares about his guests. The apartment is on the 25th floor and has elevator service, and the city views from the balcony left us in awe. The three-bedroom apartment was spotless, with comfortable beds and two lovely bathrooms. The decor was modern; there were plates, glasses, cooking pots, utensils, a coffee machine, and an air fryer; he had more in that kitchen than I’ve seen in—any Airbnb. There was also a washing machine. The best part, underneath the building, is a grocery store where you can walk or get deliveries through the app Rappi. It was my first time in Sabaneta, and I loved it. An adorable, quiet town away from the noise. Depending on traffic, We had to drive a half hour or more to get to the dentist in Laureles. I’m a remote worker and the internet was excellent! TVs had Netflix etc

Isabel’s place was the perfect home base for us, the apartment is spacious, friendly and safe neighborhood and easy to get around with Uber. Very welcoming.

The accommodation is exactly as advertised. Very nice spaces, organized and clean. An excellent option to rest with the family. Well located, easy to get to from the city and a few steps from the main road where there are shops, a market and restaurants.

The place is great for a group of friends to have a great time in colombia. Will def rent again if its available when i go next time

The place was amazing. Juan was on the premise and helped us with everything we needed (SHOUT OUT YOU JUAN! YOU THE MAN!). Not too far from places in Medellin where we could walk. The space was as advertised and fit me and all 6 of my friends comfortably. Would definitely rent this place again. Thanks again!

A unique estate. The tranquility that feels, the animals that live on the farm, the attention given to us by the major dome and his family is something that is not achieved in many places. This is the best farm to bring your family and disconnect them all. There are plenty of things and tours to do around. All this just an hour from Medellin. Girls cook whatever they want and delicious. We had a great time, the home was highly recommended.

I’m very happy with my stay in Felipe apartment in his house. Very clean. Very comfortable. Very large apartment with everything you need in your stay. Everything is new and I love my stay in this location. Great location close to everything to restaurants, cafes, stores. I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely come back again in near future. Extremely happy with my stay in this apartment and the area is very safe and quiet but close to everything you need in Floresta area and is central location. Again I will recommend to anyone that wants to feel like in home and I will come back very soon again in the near future because I really like my stay with Felipe apartment! 💯 Paradise!! This place is heaven. I went with 13 friends for my birthday weekend and no one wanted to leave. Everything is amazing. The nature, the energy, the temperature, the pool and steam room. Sindy is extremely fast to respond and very helpful. The family on the property are super nice and helpful as well. We will return for sure!

Great spot I love coming back to …I have stayed multiple times at Justin's just keeps getting better. The view is absolutely stunning to wake up to and to sit on the balcony and work. The apartment has every detail and comfort ….. The bed is super comfortable, the TV huge, the kitchen stocked, the sound system throughout the house is incredible and voice controlled (very cool) The pool, gym and steam room are perfect for the healthy lifestyle minded ; The apartment is on a dead end street so it's quiet despite being close to everything. Justin has been incredibly helpful and communication with him is the smoothest I've had on AirBNB. The reviews are spot on, if you are looking for a decked out place that has a very coobine …look no further- I can't recommend this place highly enough! Security looks after you also very helpful

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was friendly and even let us check in earlier because our flight landed very early that day. The place was nice and clean with a beautiful view! Definitely exceeded our expectations
