Pixel Place was an absolute treat! The house was spotless, beautifully remodeled, and had all the modern amenities we could ask for. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Pac-Man ghost cookies and the Nintendo-inspired decor scattered around the house - it brought back so many nostalgic memories. The private arcade was a highlight for us, and I may have enjoyed it more than my kids! From classics like Street Fighter and Pac-Man to the hot tub and cozy backyard, everything made for a perfect retreat. If you're looking for a fun, unique, and relaxing getaway, this place is a must!

What a gem! Our group of 8 friends recently escaped to this Russian River oasis and had an absolute blast! The location was easy to find, yet felt completely secluded and immersed in nature. The house itself is a beautiful wooden masterpiece – you can feel the love and care Sam and Nancy poured into creating it. The cozy atmosphere, complete with a working fireplace and amazing hot tub, was perfect for our winter getaway. We can't wait to return in the summer to take advantage of the kayaks and river access! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable retreat.

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. This river oasis was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. It was super clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. It is only about a 4 minute drive to downtown Guernville so the location is great for day trips to the redwoods and coast. We would definitely recommend staying with Michael in this place. He is an extremely responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars.

This was such a great getaway in a fantastic area. Secluded, private, quiet, beautiful surroundings. Everything about the home was perfect. Clean, fun, functional, and thoughtful touches everywhere. Just made everything so easy and relaxing. Our kids wanted to move in and never leave! We would return 100% to David's place. Thank you!

Great house on the river. All of the provided amenities add to the experience and value. Wasn’t able to enjoy the kayaks, but that was thanks to Mother Nature and not the host. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

Rhonda and Jeanine's home was beautiful and comfortable, they had great touches with snacks and wine. They were very helpful and communicative! They were able to give great recommendations for hiking and dining. They had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when staying at an air bnb.

Good stay.

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

Monica & John were extremely accommodating and helpful, also very kind and friendly. Very willing to go above and beyond as well as helping problem solve when an issue arose.

The place was wonderful, easy to find, great location and in immaculate condition. We were beyond thrilled with how everything was set up for us upon arrival until the moment we departed. We don’t visit Sonoma often. We haven’t been in 5 years, but we will hope and keep our fingers crossed the next time we come that this place will be available for us again! Thank you so much!

This is a great location in between many wineries and drivable to the downtown Sonoma area. The location offers views of hot air balloons in the morning. There are several wineries that are walkable as well. Easy drive to Sausalito, Armstrong Woods and John London State Park. Easy drive to spend a day in Napa as well. Had all the amenities needed for a farm stay.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

The villa is even more spacious in person than photos. It is separated from the rest of the hotel so we enjoyed the privacy while still being able to access the amenities and host support. Kitchen is huge but only has basic seasoning options (salt & pepper) so you might want to bring your own seasons if you want to cook dinner there. Great foods, beaches and activities (horseback riding, fishing etc) are only within 5-20min drive. Our family had a great time!

Beautiful and intriguing home, everything worked well and a peaceful, quiet surrounding. A truly unique home and hospitable and communicative hosts.

Great place for our extended family. Enough nooks and crannies so peace and quiet was attainable for those who needed it. Some bedrooms are near the main area and some are remote and quiet.. A masseuse we retained used one of the bedrooms near the hot tub every day and it worked perfectly. Our family was able to really relax because the decor is modest and not new. It is very clean, and quite eclectic and interesting. We have stayed in B&Bs which were so fancy and pristine we were constantly on our guard. We were very comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked and the dining area is very large with seating for more than 12 people. The pool table was a hit! The road up takes a bit of getting used to, but no one found it too difficult. We had as many as 8 cars ( from a Prius to a 4 wheel drive Suburban) going up and down the road with no problems. Ample parking - four spaces right out front and 4 or more behind the house. We all had a great time and will be back.

Ray’s place is such a gem! The house is beautiful with great amenities, and the huge terrace with mountain views. It’s also very close to wineries. The place was really clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and hot tub was very relaxing. Definitely worth the extra steps to rent!

Ideal lake house. We chose this house for our two families (7 people total with adult children) because it has so much to offer in all weather. It ended up being nice out, so we used the kayaks and the hot tub and then watched movies inside and enjoyed the area. Well-stocked kitchen, well laid-out home, beautiful views. Will be coming back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and more!

We really enjoyed staying here. Janelle was super to work with and I appreciate all of her prompt responses. it's a beautiful property with outdoor spaces as well as a game room with ping pong and musical instruments. Loved being able to cast our music to the speakers. fireplace was also awesome kitchen had a great selection of tools, pots, pans, dishes. couldn't have asked for better. super convenient to drive 6 or 7 minutes to Sonoma Town square and spend the day wine tasting and shopping and visiting wonderful restaurants. Truly, a gem!

Very responsive hosts, quick to respond to and fix issues. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and fireplace. Good for a cabin weekend with friends.
