Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rum Point

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and Julie was a wonderful host. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Looking forward to the next visit.

We can’t say enough about our stay at Chelsea’s house. The location is stunning and we loved waking up to the view every morning over coffee. The property was spacious, well stocked, comfortable and incredibly private so it was easy to settle in and feel right at home for our group of nine. We really enjoyed the location, it was a quiet and peaceful spot but just a quick drive to shops, activities, beaches and anything else you might need or want to do. We loved coming back to the pool after a day of activities too. As a host, Chelsea was incredibly kind, a great resource for local recommendations and always responsive with questions. Her checking snd check out instructions were clear and easy to follow too. It was hard to leave the property and we look forward to hopefully returning soon!

We (two couples)spent 11 nights at Casa Avi; it was magical! There are two master bedroom suites, which is ideal when traveling with two couples. We spent a lot of time on the lower level with all the doors open; the ocean breeze made it very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, except a drip coffee pot, which we really missed. We made the 25 minute trip to Seven Mile Beach many times during our stay, learning quickly to pay attention to busy traffic times. The Stingray/Snorkel Tour and the Cayman Crystal Caves Tour were highlights of our trip. There is no shortage of restaurants on the island ~ Tillies, Ms. Piper’s Kitchen & Garden, Tukka (Taco Tuesday), Lucca (for Sunday brunch), Macabuca Oceanside Tiki Bar & Grill and Casanova were a few of our favorites. Also, HIGHLY recommend Anytime Wellness for a massage or other spa services; you can’t beat the prices and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Daniel was very responsive to any questions or needs we had:)

This was a perfect spot for three couples, with each bedroom having its own bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pan & dishes & appliances. We ate in several evenings and had everything we needed. We loved staying on the east end, it was so quiet & beautiful! There was plenty to do & great restaurants nearby and the big attractions were easy to get to by car. On the days we ventured towards Georgetown, we were happy to leave the crowds & get back to the quiet.

We spent six days at Whispering Kai for our first visit to Rum Point, and it was the perfect place to reset. The area is incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering an ideal escape. Now, about the house—it was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it’s perfect for two couples or a family of 5-6. The space is generous, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The screened-in porch was a wonderful spot to take in the scenery without being directly in the sun, keeping it comfortable throughout the day. The home was thoughtfully stocked, from the kitchen and bathrooms to all the beach gear you could need. And the cherry on top? The homemade rum cake that Mitzie brought—such a sweet touch! 😋 Mitzie (and Tawnie) were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful. We can’t recommend Whispering Kai enough and are already looking forward to returning!

What an incredible and accommodating house for our party of 12. They were kids from under one to over 70 and space for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we cooked almost every night over our one week stay. We liked rum point because we were close to star fish point and the stingrays. A private beach in front of the house was so nice to have and we were able to snorkel and see many beautiful fish, even though there was a lot of seagrass that didn't bother us. All the locals were very friendly and kind. Our dinner at Kano was a highlight for all of us. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Leslie was an amazing host. Home was spotless and in a great location. She was very responsive and very bubbly. Thank you opening your home to us. The whole experience was revitalizing. Highly recommend booking!

Monika's house was the perfect place to spend a week in Grand Cayman. The location was perfect and close to the grocery store, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including Camana Bay. We enjoyed the pool, large backyard and safety of the residential neighborhood. The house was "as described" and we felt that we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks again!

We loved Sunset Cove. The pool, the swim up bar and most of all the private lagoon, with beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for our visit to Grand Cayman. The unit was very clean and quiet and provided amenities that we enjoyed, including beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing at the beach. Perfectly located just a 2 minute walk to the best part of Seven Mile Beach, with wonderful sand and pristine water. There is also an infinity pool just steps away from the apartment door. We appreciated having a washer & dryer and kitchen facilities, including a full-size fridge, cooktop, micro/oven combo, toaster, coffee pot, as well as other small appliances. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and stemware for meals and drinks "at home". The Grove has a great vibe! A fun, new area with restaurants, gym, grocery store and retail shops, with many other restaurants and shops nearby. The location of this unit is fantastic! We will definitely stay again!

Very private setting, clean and quiet. Tatiana was very helpful and accommodating of our challenges with travel as our flights were delayed multiple times due to weather.

We would definitely recommend! Rebecca and Gary are truly wonderful hosts. They are extremely responsive, we reached out a couple times and heard from them very quickly. The villa is a cozy sized place for two, stocked with about anything you could need (beach towel, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and vests, coolers. There are even paddle boards and kayaks). There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony (although you will have to cross the street to see the sunset). The beach is literally across the street (maybe a 300' walk). The villa is situated very close to the road which is great for access to the beach, buses & grocery store but the road is busy (and there are roaming roosters on the island) so there is a fair amount of traffic noise. We made use of their Google Mini in the room for the evenings to generate ocean sounds and it worked like a charm! Great place at a great value.

You can’t beat this location if you are looking for a safe and quiet rental, away from all of the crowds along Seven Mile Beach. It is located on the north end of Seven Mile, with less than a five minute walk to Cemetary Beach and the best snorkeling the area has to offer. There is a Foster’s grocery store a short walk away where you can grab groceries to cook meals in the rental kitchen, coffee to go, or prepped meals. Heritage Kitchen is also a great spot to eat local and watch the sunset from the beach. We opted to walk the whole week that we stayed, because we enjoyed the exercise, but you can also easily get a taxi or rent a car. There is a lot to explore. The rental is very clean with a comfortable bed and high pressure shower. The in-unit washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light and have fresh beach towels each day. There are also beach chairs available. We really enjoyed this rental and would highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at Shelly’s place, Rum Cove, and it won’t be our last. From the easy access to Rum Point, to the kayaks, and to the peaceful surroundings, we couldn’t have been happier. Rum Cove is a perfect place to really reset and is far removed from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. Until next year!

Loved our stay. Ideal location, central to everything! Short walk to Seven Mile beach, the big Fosters, and numerous restaurants and shops. Short drive (10-20 min), to Georgetown, Macabuca, Spott's Beach, Sunset Beach, Devil's grotto, Yacht Club, etc. While some parts of Seven Mile Beach got washed out by storms, this still has a REAL beach (sand for chairs/towels/sun bathing and sloping sand into the water); not just a seawall and ladder or "Iron Shores" (jagged, fossilized coral) as other places have. We could easily swim and snorkel and ideal for young children. The condo's function kitchen allowed us quick breakfasts and lunches, but it's also in walking distance to cafes/shops . Cooking an elaborate dinner in the kitchen might be a stretch, but we successfully cooked clams and linguine and ate it in the screened in porch. The Royal Palms (resort just North) was undergoing noisy demolition (and presumably reconstruction). Intrusive noise, but should be temporary.

Great condo on a beautiful part of seven mile beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The owners were fantastic - super responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect! It still had a beautiful stretch of beach on Seven Mile Beach, which was such a bonus. While this section isn’t connected to the rest of Seven Mile Beach, it still felt like our own little slice of paradise. The area was safe, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Parking was easy, and everything about our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway! We had a great trip to the island and Kyle's place was perfect. It had the amenities we wanted plus some extras. The fact that he provided beach chairs, pool towels, a cooler, ice packs, detergent and bounce sheets were appreciated. Kyle was very responsive to all our questions and provided great recommendations. After we left, he found shoes we had left and since our neighbors were visiting the island, he even dropped them off to them. Loved the pool at his place and the location met our needs. It was close enough to Seven Mile Beach that we could walk to if we wanted. We would definitely stay there again

Where to begin on how amazing this condo is!! First of all, the location is spectacular - right in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, walkable to many bars, restaurants and beaches but it is on a beautiful white sand beach so you don’t even have to leave! The beach was in perfect condition and the water was crystal clear. There is also a nice pool with lots of chairs around it. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the laundry machines worked great, the place is huge, the property is beautiful, I could go on and on! 10/10. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The place is great and spacious, hosts have thought of everything from extra sunscreen, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to olive oil and S&P for cooking. Really appreciated access to paddle boards and they were easy enough to carry across the street to the beach. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for our family of 4, we felt very comfortable. Lots of nice updates throughout and everything g worked as expected. No issues! We rented a car to get to different parts of the island so didn’t do a lot of exploring in the immediate area other than walking along the beach.

Clean and comfortable space. A few conveniences provided were so nice to have: a little cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach towels. Perfect for a long weekend! Nice to have a dedicated parking spot, a stocked kitchen to prepare meals and convenient location really close to West Bay Beach and several restaurants.
