Apartment vacation rentals in Routt County

Katherine’s place was perfect for our group of 5 friends and Katherine was a great host. It was very comfy and had lots of great kitchen amenities. It’s located in walking distance of the ski resort (~10-15 min) which was great! There were bars and restaurants in walking distance both along the way and at the base of the mountain. Short, easy drive into the downtown area as well! We also did Strawberry Hot Springs using the Sweet Pea Tours shuttle which picked us up and dropped us off right in the condo parking lot which was very convenient.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend! Ligia was a great host. We didn’t need any assistance during our stay, but she was very helpful during booking in answering all questions. Comfortable beds, clean, sauna, hot tub, pool. Short shuttle away from the base of the mountain. Great weekend!

Great location, close to so much but peacefully just away from the main street to relax! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

We loved staying at Mathew's place! It was such a cute home. We loved the balcony. The bunk bed room was a hit with my friends! Mathew was so nice and very helpful. He also responded super fast which was amazing. The bus also picks up right in front of the place, take the orange line to the resort! If you have a lot of people and plan on going to the hotsprings or hottub bring extra towels from home. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Mathew!

True ski in ski out. 10 steps in the parking lot and you can throw on your skis and cruise down to the gondola.

Had a great stay at Eric’s place! The location is great and only a few minutes walk from the slopes. The apartment was as described. Eric and Laila were very accommodating and responsive, also provided a lot of helpful information.

A great clean apartment-style condo tucked away in a beautiful steamboat neighborhood. Close to the meadows parking lot and downtown. Nice spot to park. Good view of the mountain and snow cats at night.

Great apartment for exploring Steamboat! Easily walkable to tons of restaurants and shops right in the heart of town, and around the corner from the shuttle to the mountain. Very clean and spacious!

A beautiful unit with access to great amenities! The ski lockers and hot tubs especially. The flights of stairs were a bit of a pain, but the location and view were so worth it! It wasn’t actually a ski in/out (maybe it was too late in the season), but it was only a stones throw from the Right of Way run down to the base, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Air Bnb is such a great company and appreciate the support they provide to people in need of housing crises.

Literally ski/out via the on premise Gondola. Well furnished & stocked & great underground parking & ski storage made this so convenient. Also was able to use the free shuttle to go to downtown for dinner and for groceries. Will definitely return.

Unbeatable location. We could not have been closer to the gondola and main square of Steamboat, which made everything super convienent. Easy parking. Great condo for our family and we were very happy to call it home for our one week ski vacation. We cannot wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival there were two blinds that weren’t working but Retreatia staff came within a day or so to remove them so we could stare out at the stunning view unobstructed! This place suited us well (4 adults, 3 children) for our annual spring skiing trip. As advertised.

This is a great spot to stay at. Very nice little ski resort right on the mountain with great amenities. Super comfy bed! Highly recommend!

The location is amazing and so close to all that Steamboat Springs had to offer. Mathew was very responsive!

The stairs are a concern if you’re afraid of heights. It was difficult to get down in the middle of the night to use the rr. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Very spacious, and very close to the resort. I loved having a shuttle to bring us to the Ski base from the complex.
