Vacation rentals with beach access in Rosolina Mare

Gilberto was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout and helpful with all requests. The apartment is bigger than the photos make out and you cannot beat the location. Having two showers was handy after a day on the beach with multiple people wanting to freshen up. The balcony is a great spot for people watching, especially at night when the road outside is pedestrianised. We had a lovely stay.

We didn't meet Daniele in person, but he was very responsive to messages. The apartment was nice, right by the sea, easy parking.

It was great to spend several days there. Just super.

We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, a child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both. From the description, we assumed it was an apartment right on the beach with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the ground floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace in the shade all day. The apartment is still centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground car park. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But a lot of good cafes were nearby. We were even able to jump in a really nice and clean pool, which is right on the beach and is certainly a highlight in summer.

We liked the apartment very much and corresponded exactly to the photos. Everything is sparkling clean, original bathroom a little small. Unfortunately, the two balconies are only for fresh lift enthusiasts, because there is a neat , cold wind blowing through the small alley. In addition, rather small and impractical. Everything else is fine.

A good and friendly person, but please don't rely on the cleaning lady to be more special

Comfortable house easy to find, great central location, great view

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

We had a lovely time and extended our stay because we loved it so much! The house was absolutely stunning and was well furnished and had everything we needed. The area is very walkable, grocery stores are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away. Would absolutely recommend. We will come back for sure!!!

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

It is a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 min. you are on foot in Chioggia. Almost at your doorstep, you can also take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or buses directly there. Cristian provided us with the following for free: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged crossaints, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels, and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the internet is not that good, but that was also the "negative". Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my children damaged something, but Cristian was neither mad nor wanted money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking space and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace but are very central.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. They met me as I exited the bus and walked with me to the house.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

We stayed there over New Year's Eve and very satisfied. The apartment is in a top location and is simply perfect. Eva and her husband are very nice and are always there to help. Just a perfect vacation.

Cinzia was extremely helpful when we had to delay check-in, the apartment is large and comfortable, I recommend it!

The apartment is clean, spacious (especially the terrace) and well equipped. The location is excellent (right on the boardwalk, but the children's room is on the quiet back; not even a 5 minute walk from the beach). Parking is also available in the courtyard. Valeria and her husband are very friendly and helpful! For this total package, the price we paid (in the low season) was absolutely fine. Only two small things that could be improved with little effort: The doors (especially those to the children's room) can only be opened and closed quite loudly and should perhaps be oiled. In addition, mosquito screens could be attached to the windows and doors. Otherwise everything is great, thank you!

Maria's place is in her image... amazing. The cleanliness of the accommodation, the little touches (lit candles, bottle of Prosecco...), provision of everything you need, including blood oranges with citrus press for the morning. Maria sent us everything we needed to find the place because she couldn't be there, even going so far as to make a short video showing the way to go from a nearby spot. Really nothing to say. Thank you again for your hospitality, which made our stay an incredible memory. I recommend 100 times. Love love love!😉

STOP LOOKING, JUST RENT THIS PLACE. Is it a 5 star hotel? No. Will you feel like a million bucks staying here? Yes. Imagine staying in a 15th century palace... oh yea, it was one! Does it have a Kitchen? No. But there is a Nespresso (older style, smaller pods, plenty), a tiny fridge and basic plates/cups/utensils/wine opener. There is a COOP (supermarket) 2min away where you can get anything you need. I cannot tell you how beautiful the antiques are, the views, the giant glass doors that open right to the canal, the huge glass chandelier, the bed and bedding is great (memory-foam style pillows so might be a little hard for you, but we got used to them fast enough) and it's quiet too! If you are staying 1-2 nights, you want to walk to St. Marks (~20 min) to experience the city. If you are staying a week you want to be this far from the crazy, but you are still just off the "The Main Venice Street" here. +Hosts were SUPER helpful when our flights got messed up!

I don’t know where to start, first of all he is as responsive as it gets, with all the best tips for surrounding area. Check in was super easy and very well explained! Apartment is a top notch as well as the whole complex is. Very close to the beach and really peaceful too. I can say that I am very happy that I chose his apartment! All the recommendations!

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.
