Modern apartment in a beautiful building. Very clean, welcoming, with a fabulous shower as pressure and space. Nice spacious room, equipped terrace with laundry. Last gem, but definitely important, is the reserved parking space inside the courtyard. Bruno was a great host who was helpful and responsive. This place deserves a longer stay because it's really enjoyable.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

We booked this apartment for my parents, and they had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the sea. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. My parents especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made them feel right at home. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay!

Francesca is a great host and would highly recommend this stay for a couples get away! Walking access to beach and only 1hr drive to Apennine Mountains.

We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

Great place, absolutely terrific view of the ocean. Great location. Close to everything that you will need. The bathroom and shower were very user friendly. Very easy check in and the parking was by the front door! Also, the elevator was wonderful for the luggage. Can’t go wrong with Cristiano’s apartment .
