We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Cherly is very helpful, thoughtful, and a very quick response host. The place is amazingly clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back whenever we are visiting Pasadena.

Oliver was proactive from the moment of booking. The house was easy to find with private back entrance. Place was clean and bedrooms were in order. Plenty of towels for our stay. 3 block walk to Monrovia center and pleasantly surprised to see a street festival every Fri night with food trucks and many vendors. Restaurants a plenty also. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again if in the area.

Lovely stay at Amanda’s place - great location to walk to local restaurants- we were visiting the Fairplex and again so close to get there. House is cosy and warm- Amanda was great in putting on lights and heating as we were delayed and got there late. Her HOME Was sooo amazing it felt like a cottage in a dream paradise!!! Clean so well put together and the whole house had a positive vibe!!!! I’m a nursing student and my team all belt good!!!! I would love to buy a home in the area if I could ….LOVE IT!

Jihan and Meredith were excellent hosts! Their property was very nice and clean, had an amazing back yard with a great fire pit, and they left us some snacks and a very kind card as well! If we plan on returning to L.A. (which we likely will) this would be our first choice for sure!

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

I stay at Mary's place for 9 days great location , peaceful and quiet for my son and I to spend christmass vacation just what I was looking for. A lot of stores nearby, movie theater, Bowling alley,close to L.A area, beaches and parks. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed at Adrien’s beautiful spot after I was displaced from my apartment and my mom lost our childhood home in the Eaton Fire. Adrien’s place provided me the perfect little escape from the intensity of what we had just undergone and allowed me to seek refuge and start to rebuild my life. Her space is incredibly pet friendly and allowed my cat to finally be at ease and relax. I felt very safe in her home and found Adrien to be the most responsive, warm, and generous host which was hugely comforting to me during such a challenging moment in my life. I’m incredibly grateful to Adrien for creating such a welcoming safe haven and would encourage anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and relaxation to stay in her beautiful casita!

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

This rental was in a nice neighborhood where I had no safety issues and the road noise is not even a thing there. It is just as described. Perfect for my 2 daughters and I. Loved having personal washer/dryer access. The only downside is you can hear what every other tenant is doing (walking, vacuuming, playing with kids etc). Nice place at a great price. Trash was right by parking…so, very convenient. Also the fact you are promised off road parking is a huge plus. Would visit again.

Our trip started off as a complete disaster as our flight was delayed four hours, and our original Airbnb was canceled last minute. Thankfully, we found Lucy’s Airbnb , and she turned everything around! She was incredibly accommodating, granting us an early check-in when we desperately needed it. She also checked in with us periodically to make sure we were comfortable and even addressed a small sink leak in a very reasonable time. Her hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here. Lucy is a fantastic host!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, and you could tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into maintaining it. Everything was spotless, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and it made me feel right at home. The place was definitely and escape and it was definitely something needed. The Space was really clean and it felt welcoming. The free parking was very helpful! Check in was smooth and Brandon was very helpful throughout the whole experience.

They were quick to respond to any problems at check-in, and entry into the room was smooth. The room was very nice and the location made for a good stay in Los Angeles.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

It was my first time staying in LA and staying here made everything go by so smooth, stress free. It was so easy to arrive and go into the loft. The instructions given to us before our arrival were so clear and easy to follow that we didn’t have to ask any questions at all. The location was perfect and it felt safe to be there. Not noisy, it was in a busy area but there weren’t a lot of people walking in front of the building especially not at night. Super close to the beach and the parking was perfect. We only had one car and we had a spot out at the front only for us. The loft was so clean and spotless. As soon as you walk in it smells so nice and clean. It was nice having the little coffee area as well. It made our stay feel cozy. We will definitely be booking again when we return to LA.
