Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rosebud

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

Perfect holiday house for our family,seperate bungalow out back worked well for us and secure yard for our dog,but would work well for little kids. Great location adjacent too east facing beach and 5 minute walk to shop for papers and coffee.Short scenic drive for anything else or take the bus.Plenty of food options close by and good walking track next to beach. Wifi and phone service is good.

Jane’s property was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay down in St Andrew’s beach! It was the perfect size for a bigger group of guests, and is very secluded to accomodate for peace and quiet! Views were brilliant and all up was an amazing stay! Jane is extremely helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

We had another great stay! It’s a wonderful retreat with excellent amenities and in an awesome location.

I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed here now- it’s just the perfect family get away. Mignon is responsive, lovely and flexible. The home is perfect for walks to pristine and uncrowded beaches, rock pools to explore, huge back yard and deck for lazy afternoon platters while the kids play, it’s bliss. We will forever return here for family breaks.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Nicole's. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet, relaxing area. Close to a beautiful beach and so good for walks. We would highly recommend the property. Our 2 old greyhounds also loved the beautiful grassed property. Thanks Nicole!

Great stay! Helen and her husband were so accomodating and made our stay really relaxing. The place is close to their home, but it doesn’t feel like it at all. Beautiful views and great walks nearby.

We had the most amazing week staying in their house. I have a young toddler & also 7.5months pregnant, our biggest requirement for this family holiday was for it to be EASY! They have everything covered from kids toys, a huge book case full of books, portacot & highchair - having the mental load of having to pack half our house to bring eliminated was BEYOND AMAZING!! There's a massive backyard, fully fenced with a sandpit for my toddler to run around & play. Location is fantastic, the house itself is in a really quiet & peaceful spot, but a short easy walk to the main street, shops & the beach - being able to walk everywhere instead of having to battle getting my toddler in & out of the car - fantastic!! Kitchen is really well stocked, there's lots of spare blankets & pillows, and the beds are SO COMFY!!!! Communication was 10/10 - fast, friendly replies & very accommodating to any requests or questions. Check in / check out super easy with clear instructions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This property offers privacy, comfort and facilities to walk straight in and enjoy the space. The furnishings are comfortable and clean - the outdoor spaces allow for relaxation by the pool, or watching the abundant bird life in the large back garden. The fence is very secure so those travelling with dogs it is easy to let them wander without worry of getting out. The pool was warm and a wonderful way to cool off after a day out exploring the surrounding areas. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and for those who rise with the sun - the natural light in the property brings you beautifully into the day. After a massive year of heartache, pressure and long distance travel - this was a wonderful way to de-stress, reboot and spring back to the joy of the holiday season. Definitely worth another visit while the weather is hot and the pool warm.

The farm is beautiful and very peaceful. We had a wonderful stay in the cottage, which was super clean and comfortable. Our toddler had a ball meeting the animals, collecting eggs and playing in the pool.

Fantastic stay for a quiet relaxing weekend with the family. Communication from host was first rate and extended to the offer of an early check in and late check out without having to ask! This may the stay even more appealing! House is amazing - spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need - comprehensive instructions on how to use everything which refreshingly made total sense and were easy to follow! The photos certainly do not lie! Swimming pool and theatre room were great and well utilised by the children, whilst the adults were able to kick back and relax. Extremely close to the beach, Rye and Blairgowrie shops - nothing was more than a five minute drive. Would highly recommend this accommodation! Rates as one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and would certainly return in a heart beat for another stay!

Wow! This home is so beautiful. It's been beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything you need, no need to bring anything from home. My children loved the pool/spa and tennis court, they had so much fun. Nice walks to the local beach (get some stunning sunset photos there!) Ben was so helpful throughout the stay, always communicating, offering help if required, not that it was, everything was well instructed in the home guide. He also offered us late check out. I can't wait to stay at this house again, we will definitely be back!

The unit was very well-located; close to the beach, eateries and shopping. It was also very clean and well-equipped. Handy off-street parking directly in fron of the unit.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Nicola’s just sorry it was only 2 days. The care Nicola shows is extraordinary with home cooked food and fresh fruit for breakfast. We loved the chocolate biscuits and the wine. Nothing is too much trouble and Nicola’s apartment is spotless and so well appointed A peaceful and beautiful setting.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Mount Martha! As a family of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids), we couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our week. The house was spacious, spotless, and so thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need. We all loved the facilities - the pool, spa, trampoline, table tennis, and pool table and loved having plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. There was room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy some quiet time, which made the stay so enjoyable for all of us. A special shoutout to Tracy, who was an incredible host. She was so responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her attention to detail and quick communication made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We’d give this home more than five stars if we could—it was perfect for our big family and made our trip so memorable. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.
