Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Roschbach

We felt very comfortable as a family with 7 people and a dog in this half-timbered house. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Only the beds are too soft for those with sensitive backs. The two hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The courtyard is completely enclosed so the dog could run around freely. We had a wonderful stay in the small winemaker's cottage. There was really everything you could need. The seat on the winemaker property was also very easy to find and you have a super nice view of nature. The communication with Hilde was also great. She is very nice and in a small conversation we also got some great tips for the area. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning and would be happy to come back.

We felt right at home when we entered the house. The house is very well appointed . Everything was sparkling clean,the hosts very nice and easily accessible. The wineries in Hainfeld are within walking distance. We were there at the time of the almond blossom. The countryside was wrapped in pink tulle which looked beautiful. This place is highly recommended.

The four of us girls had a wonderful stay! Gosia and Romain were very friendly and attentive. The accommodation was not only well equipped, but also very lovingly furnished. We would come back anytime ☺️🫶🏼

An incredible break from relaxation 🥰 Quiet, cozy and warm accommodation, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. An outdoor area where it's good to stroll in the sun. Sunset special mention on the swing 😍 The hosts are very pleasant and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay from end to end ☺️

We felt very comfortable. The house is secluded on the edge of the forest as described, yet easily accessible and many wineries/gastro/supermarkets nearby. There is nothing missing in the house, everything is taken care of. Susanne is a host who gives you peace but is still available. We enjoyed the morning sun on the terrace, as well as the cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. It was also very pleasant with a dog, there were blankets as well as the good connection to the forest. We would happily come back ❤️

We spent 2 great weeks in the apartment and always felt very comfortable. Silvia and Manfred were always available and very helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything it all. The layout of the rooms was very successful. In particular, the warm oven provided us with cozy hours. It has large windows and doors everywhere overlooking the park. The park around the apartment was inviting to go for a walk, especially in the snow. We received great tips for excursions and museums. We will be happy to visit Silvia and Manfred and their three cats again.

We stayed at Thomas’ apartment only for a night, but enjoyed it tremendously. The apartment is vey private, in a small village. We had a very calm night. The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities. We would definitely like to come again for the hikes.

We had a relaxing weekend in the Niloo apartment furnished with love and taste. The reception was warm and the communication was always friendly. According to our (very last minute) note, Niloo had even made sure some of the snacks and ingredients for breakfast are vegan. The amenities - as shown very well in the photos - are upscale segment and the products provided are valuable. We particularly liked the bathroom equipment and kitchen, and the lighting concept and the scented candles contributed to the cozy atmosphere. We didn't like the immediate surroundings so much, but various excursion destinations are easily and quickly accessible. Niloos‘ apartment and service are far above the standard and definitely worth a repeat.

I have already booked Franca's beautiful apartment several times and was very satisfied every time. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Franca is incredibly friendly and accommodating, she always makes sure that you feel completely comfortable. The stay was fantastic every time. Particularly beautiful is also the location, the Odenwald is right next door and invites you to beautiful excursions. Highly recommended!🤗🪻

Good location for visiting friends that live in a nearby village.

We have already been for the 2nd time at Andreas'. We enjoyed it very much again. The house and the garden with donkeys and pony are really nice and we felt very comfortable again. Andreas is really warm and nice and we will certainly come back again. The place is nicely quiet. You can also start several hikes on foot from there.

...nice it was in Bernd's apartment! Those who like quiet, green and homely will get their money's worth here. Bernd is always available for a short snack and was so sweet to give me a delicious, homemade sausage package before my trip home. 100% recommendation!

It was an extraordinarily beautiful weekend in the place, it was all more than perfect. It was all even better than described and there was also more to see than described. And there were always quick answers to questions. The accommodation was decorated with a lot of love for detail and I'd love to come back.

There were 8 of us at the property to have a relaxing bachelor party. In the beginning we were a little scared when we saw the house from the outside, but when we went in we were all positively surprised as everything was exactly as in the pictures and described. It was clean, modern and even decorated for Easter. We were all very comfortable. The hot tub was the absolute highlight. The only thing we had to complain about was that we found the place difficult, as the address was not quite right and the towels and bathrobes were wet. (But could also be at the humidity of the hot tub). But otherwise everything was perfect! The value for money is absolutely fair. We'd love to come back! Many thanks to the hosts.☺️

We had a great time and would be happy to come back. We especially liked the modern and tasteful furnishings, as well as the sauna, so we will be happy to recommend it.

Everything was the same as the photos. Were there to celebrate a small JGA for the 10th. Was optimal. Quiet and secluded. Were able to make many games on site, huge property , party basement , living room upstairs everything available - very good equipment. Tub etc We felt comfortable. Highly recommend 🤗

The villa is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home. Everything was also very clean. It was great that hygiene products were provided. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay.

A really nice entire house in a quiet place, very close to Saverne, allowing you to go for small restaurants in the area. We came to a professional niche and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!
