Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Røros Municipality

This house had a warm soul and was exactly what we wanted. The house was a perfect fit for a large family with kids. The place is in the immediate vicinity of the church and the main street. At the same time, it was possible to retreat to quiet surroundings in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful days in wonderful Røros. The charming house is well in the style of Røros. Very nice location within walking distance to the city center. A quiet and nice area. Would love to come back.

Very good place for weekend relaxation

Great place and nice host that we really recommend. Clean and tidy, well equipped with everything we needed. Even a bag of press pot coffee, because I asked what kind of coffee system there was. I call that excellent service! We would gladly came back.

We were in Røros for the first time in winter and visited the famous Rørosmartnan (winter market) for three days. The place was perfect for this! It is located on a quiet residential street and only about 6-7 minutes walk from the center of town. You park in front of the front door. The apartment is located in an older wooden house, but is completely modernized, equipped with high quality materials and appliances and fully corresponds to the landlady's description. There were two of us on vacation, but the apartment is well suited and equipped for 4-5 people. We felt very comfortable, very much appreciated the central location and modern amenities and would love to come back. The winter market is a great event and highly recommended!

We had a good stay at this apartment, more than big enough for 3-5 people. Perfectly located in the centre and close to the train and bus station. To get into the building, one needs another door code that can be found on the key that you get from the key box.

Great stay, everything was perfect.

We were three couples who stayed here in connection with the Rørosmartnan. The accommodation was great and in a central location, just a few minutes walk from the city center. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the host had bought snacks and cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge. This was a nice touch. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend others to rent here.

John was great host ! We had everything we needed and the experience was amazing. Everything is clean, the place has all you need, and the host is very friendly and helpful! Exactly the atmosphere we were looking for. I can only recommend it ! We will surely come back a month from now. Thank you again !

It was easy to get around on foot from the center, in a quiet location, and I had a peaceful stay.The room was also spacious and beautiful, and fully equipped with facilities.

Absolutely top apartment to stay in🤗 Walking distance to everything, apartment with charm, warm and good inside the apartment so meant a lot when we were here in the winter. Good kitchen that had what we needed. Good beds and peaceful area so one slept well. If you want to ski cross-country, there are good trails short walking distance from the apartment. Great communication with host as well. Really recommend the location and the apartment 🤩👍

We just want to say that the accommodation was too good to be true. Honestly, it felt like we were at home, and everything was perfect—from the amenities we had and everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, and living room to the bedrooms. Also, he was very helpful with the issues we had and even gave us some suggestions for a better trip. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Thank you very much from all of us!
