House vacation rentals in Rome

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé .Simonetta et son fils sont extrêmement dévoués et disponibles à la moindre demande.Le logement est très propre et parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

What a beautiful spot! We would leave more than 5 stars if we could. A perfect spot to find some peace in the middle of busy days out sightseeing. Great host. Beautiful spot. Comfortable for our family of 6. You could comfortably stay here with three couples. As there are three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Pristine pools. Our kids were swimming in April! Highly recommend.

Nous avons séjourné pendant plus d'un mois au sein de cette magnifique petite maison très originale et charmante qui se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Rome. Tout était parfait dans la maison, tout était fonctionnel et très pratique. Le parking se situe à quelques mètres de la maison, dans l'enceinte de la résidence. La piscine est également très belle et très bien entretenue. Nous nous déplacions le plus souvent en voiture mais nous avons également pris les transports en commun et il est vraiment très simple de rejoindre le centre-ville en bus. Il y a de très nombreux commerces, restaurants et services dans le quartier. Il est très facile et agréable de communiquer avec Ulderico. Il a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien et si tout allait bien. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Für uns war es das erste mal, dass wir auf Airbnb gebucht haben. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, sehr geräumiges Haus mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt auch noch eine große Terrasse und einen großen Garten. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie im Eigenheim. Die Stadt Mentana hat sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder andere Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens. Rom ist mit dem Auto in einer Stunde zu erreichen und mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch in 45 min. Dazu muss man sagen das man zu der Haltestelle Labaro mit dem Auto fahren muss. Die ist 30 min. Entfernt und dann ist man in 15 min. In Rom. Wir haben allerdings unser Auto nicht in Labaro geparkt (Parkplätze gibt es), da wir wegen unserem Hund immer getrennt nach Rom gefahren sind. Man müsste mal hinterfragen wie sicher die Haltestelle ist. An das Meer braucht man auch ungefähr eine Stunde. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Excellent accueil et emplacement pour tout faire agréablement à pieds, un luxe à Rome! Un studio très bien aménagé et très confortable. Sylvia nous a immédiatement informé d’excellents restaurants et glaciers et le bonus l’organisation de notre transfert à l’aéroport à 6h du matin a été très apprécié! Merci

Jättehärligt att bo några dagar i Fiumicino så nära till havet. Boendet var jättefint och hade en privat uteplats där barnen kunde leka. Claudio körde oss tidigt till flygplatsen och var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam.

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

Un appartement au calme, au fond d'une impasse, avec une grande terrasse ombragée pour profiter des repas dehors. Alessandra est aux petits soins. Idéal pour un séjour romantique.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Simone si è dimostrato subito molto disponibile e le sue risposte sono state sempre molto precise. L’appartamento rispondeva perfettamente alle nostre esigenze sia come disposizioni di camere e letti sia per la sua posizione raggiungibile comodamente con la metropolitana. Ordine e pulizia hanno reso il nostro Soggiorno molto confortevole. In casa era presente tutto l’occorrente per un comodo utilizzo di bagni e cucina. Ci ha gentilmente concesso un check out flessibile che ha agevolato il nostro ultimo giorno a Roma. Consiglio davvero il suo appartamento anche per un gruppo numeroso ( noi eravamo in 9 )

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

eu e os meus companheiros adoramos a nossa estadia na casa do senhor Klevin Fomos muito bem recebidos O klevin é muito simpático e está sempre disposto a ajudar chegamos muito tarde e mesmo assim o senhor se disponibilizou a ir nos buscar no aeroporto por um preço bem acessível foi uma estadia muito tranquila e agradável na casa do Klevin tudo muito limpo e fresco casa grande e com um espaço agradável no lado externo voltaria a ficar neste espaço numa outra oportunidade foi uma experiência incrível Muito obrigada senhor Klevin pela recepção fantástica eu e os meus companheiros adoramos a nossa estadia no seu espaço foi tudo muito perfeito

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

The house had plenty of space, 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen and a beautiful yard. Garage parking was a bonus. The location was peaceful and private with easy access to highways to airport and Rome. The house is a bit dated but still in great shape, overall great value for money. The host was extremely responsive especially with very late night checkin instructions.

Such a gorgeous house, quiet neighborhood and right on the water with a private and romantic beach feel! Very cleanly and there is even an in unit laundry machine Super comfortable beds fresh towels Wish I could’ve stayed longer! Andrea is the most attentive and helpful host I’ve had, from check in to the end and answered any questions within minutes of me sending. Would recommend to my friends and encourage everyone to come stay here ☺️ Thank you so much Andrea!
