Vacation rentals with a patio in Rockport

Donna's place is a charming, well appointed, peaceful, sanctuary right in the heart of Marblehead! While we didn't have a whole lot of time this trip to enjoy all there is to offer by staying at Donna's place, it was a great home base, and we were well taken care of! Donna is wonderful hostess, very thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We hope to return again sometime!

Very spacious apartment in a lovely area. Emanuel was responsive and happy to help with any questions we had, he responded in a timely manner. Not far out of Boston and close to public transport to get in and out of the city, and to other places like Harvard etc. We will be staying again when visiting Boston

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

Overall great. Excellent location, well-kept and equipped. Only point to note - The second bedroom bed frame is very creaky, which given the open plan nature of the top floor (Only sliding doors between bedrooms) means it might be disturbing for others if more than one bedroom is being used. Might be good to replace the frame.

Super good location close to downtown Boston, to the airport and halfway to other places where I could visit family and friends. The host was always quick to respond!

This was such a a great place to call home for the few days we were visiting the area. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Airport T station and about a 15 minute walk from the Maverick T station. The place was super clean and the area felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the place was very spacious. I really enjoyed staying here. When I come back I would like to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We loved the location in Hampton Beach! We came off-season for a few days of much needed relaxation. The balcony facing the ocean provided beautiful, serene and peaceful views. Although on the 2nd floor, the stairs are easy to manuever and lead right to the beach. It is literally steps away and we were able to walk down a few times a day. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, me and our small dog. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was trendy and modern.The host was always generous and responsive with any questions. The area was quiet, private and safe. I would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Jeff’s place was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay, the view was excellent. The house has everything you need. We would definitely recommend a great place by the beach, lots of walking areas in Ipswich.

This was a best of all worlds for a family birthday celebration. The property was big enough to be comfortable, with outdoor seating to allow us to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. We could gather around the counter in the kitchen, in the living room area and had the option (which we did not use) for a family style dinner in the dining area. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Instructions for entry and use of kitchen and tv were very helpful and specific (not all newer tech is intuitive, and this was well anticipated by our hosts). The location is close to Salem for a daytime Halloween visit and the option to walk around Marblehead during the evening trick or treat activities, finishing with a walk from the house to an elevated harbor point to watch the closing festivities in Salem across the way. We all were completely impressed with the property and the location and would look to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Peter and Maria’s place! They were wonderful hosts—quick to respond to any questions and incredibly thoughtful in ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. The house itself is absolutely adorable, with a cozy and inviting feel. It’s fully stocked with everything you could need—kitchen appliances, coffee, a kettle, utensils, and even a well-stocked shower. Whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or just settling in, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is welcoming, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be returning in the future!

My family had a wonderful time staying at Lauren's house as we explored the Freedom Trail in Boston. Only a 20 minute drive into Boston, Lauren's place was an ideal place for us to stay. Her house was warm and cozy which was perfect for us to relax after 2 cold and rainy days of walking all over the city of Boston. The house was also very clean and Lauren was friendly and responsive to our communications.

This was the perfect house for my parents and myself. The house had everything you could think of. Barry was always available for questions about the area and offered suggestions on anything we asked for. This is the best house and host I’ve ever stayed at. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for anything we asked about. The house is in a safe area and we were able to walk around the neighborhood as well. The basement has an added bonus with the desk area so I was able to work from there with the strong internet service. The exercise equipment was also perfect for those days that it was just cold and windy for outdoor exercise. We stayed here for a major surgery for my mom and the house is only like a 8 mile drive to Lehey Hospital. The drive was easy and we never had any problems. I would suggest this house for anyone looking for a place to stay. You will not find a better house or host if you are looking for this area.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay in Shawn's Airbnb. The home was recently renovated, and it was great to have three private bedrooms. The location was close to our family on the North Shore and not far from Boston. There are also many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Off-the-street parking was great to have as well. The neighborhood is quiet, though the home is on a somewhat busy street. The Amtrak rail runs behind the home--but it was surprisingly quiet! We could hear a whooshing sound as the train came through, but it was not at all disruptive.

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

great experience, very helpful, has everything you would need. comfortable bed, temperature was perfect & warm. close to local stores & a 5 minute walk to the nearest train. there's a pier about 2 minutes away that has a beautiful scenery. highly recommend & well worth the price

We had such a great stay over New Year. The place is even better than the photos, so spacious & clean. A beautiful home, extremely comfortable beds. Warm and cosy with everything we needed. My daughter left one of her airpods behind and the host was quick to reply and find it for me and we arranged to collect. Thanks for a great stay!

Leslie is a great host with very nice apartment that is fully stocked with everything you need. She gave us several helpful recommendations while we were there. We would choose here again when in Boston.

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

I took my wife to Salem for her 40th birthday and Alex's place stood out when I was looking for a place to stay. Her room had all of the amenities we were looking for and was conveniently located in downtown Salem. Alex was very responsive and helped us find fun things to do during our trip. Highly recommended.

I came up to Boston for a solo trip and this was the perfect place to stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and cute. I needed to stay a bit past checkout time, and Karina was accommodating and understanding. My favorite parts were watching the superbowl on the enormous TV, and enjoying my morning coffee on the rooftop!
