Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rochester

Rachel’s place was perfect for our two night’s stay. It has a comfortable, big bed and the shower is excellent. Check in was super easy and Rachel immediately responded when we asked for new batteries for the TV remote. Included in the stay was a free breakfast at the local coffee shop, which we really enjoyed. We will be back for sure.

Kristi could not have been a more kinda and gracious host. She not only provided a lovely home and very comfortable sleeping space, she provided a loving emotional space for a weary traveler. Everyone alludes to her warm and welcoming spirit and they did not exaggerate. Highly recommend.

This place was great! I am always a little scared to stay in an Airbnb by myself, but they made it so comfortable and quiet. I loved every little detail and how clean everything was. Checking in was super simple and I didn’t feel like I was intruding. Overall, this made me feel relaxed and happy to have a nice place to stay! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Cassandra's place. it runs as a daycare, so there are plenty of toys for young children as well as small tables and chairs, perfect for our 3 & 5 year old. It's a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play. The queen bed was comfortable and the kids had no complaints about the twin beds. We did notice the lack of metal cutlery (all plastic) and the Internet was a bit slow, but Cassandra is actively working on improving those. Streaming movies was smooth, downloading movies took a a bit longer. Check-in was easy with the door pad and Cassandra was very responsive. We checked in on a Friday afternoon and left on a Sunday, so we had the entire home to ourselves. As noted in the description, there are cameras in the kitchen, play room, and living room. Thank you for the great stay! We would be happy to stay again.

Kathleen's home is very well situated to the Rochester airport, U of R, RIT and major area attractions. I really felt like I was at home during my stay there. Kathleen is a great host, and takes real pride in ensuring guests are well looked after. The home is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. I worked "at home" from here for a stretch and found it very conducive to doing so. Additionally, Kathleen's local knowledge will prove invaluable for anyone looking for restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Highly recommended.

Great host, deaf friendly- meaning he would communicate via Airbnb text chat to ensure everything is Allright and any heads up. Gives the key to your bedroom giving you 100% bedroom privacy. Cute little house in a very quiet setting. Security lights on for easy visual at night time getting inside and out of house. Very close to RIT perfect for guest who wants to visit the campus. Perfect for parents who wants to visit student budget wise.

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at the Micro Lux Apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful design of the space. Despite its compact size, the apartment felt luxurious and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the village, where I found charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The apartment was clean, stylishly furnished, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Jenn's place was perfect for our stay. Apartment was exactly as described, and was in a safe neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do! Jenn was incredibly helpful and responsive, proactively checking in to make sure we were all settled in. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit!

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. Her place was lovely. She made delicious muffins, and there were many snacks. Rebecca had a shelf in the fridge stocked with a variety of items for guests. My stay was peaceful!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The food was amazing and the location was perfect for walking to downtown Canandaigua.

First time in Finger Lakes region, and Canandaigua, and Lisa’s place fit the bill perfectly: totally walkable location to coffee, wine bar (best one is called Pintxos!), Canandaigua Lake, all of DT and more. Also spotless clean even though there are quite a bit of things and furniture in each room. Two more things: 1) her homemade breakfast each morning was a true delight 2) unlike so many corporate air b n b’s now, that are soul-less and sterile, this really is someone’s well cared for and welcoming home, how air b n b is supposed to be! Will absolutely return and 100% highly recommend.

We have never felt as welcome and comfortable at a B&B as we did at Chic and Dwight’s. Dwight showed us around and pointed out and explained everything that we needed to know for our comfort and safety. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated and is also beautifully homey and welcoming. The grounds are gorgeous and it is easy to walk to restaurants. The daily fresh baked cookies and fruit in our room was especially nice. The hearty breakfasts were beautifully presented and every bite was delicious. Chic and Dwight were perfect hosts and readily available to answer questions, provide suggestions for things to do or places to eat, or to just take time to talk. It was a wonderful experience. We would go again.

7 of us stayed here while on a bike trip along the Erie Canal. Margaret was an accommodating and helpful host. She provided a hose to wash down our bikes and there's a barn to store them in. The house itself is pretty and very interesting, filled with art and artifacts from previous times, and is in a lovely spot out in the country surrounded by fields and farmland. There's only one bath on the upstairs floor but there is another downstairs as well as an outdoor shower so that wasn't a problem. We really enjoyed breakfast and "story time", when Margaret told us about the history of the house as well as stories from her own fascinating life. Overall our stay here was an enjoyable and memorable part of our bike trip.

Beautiful, historic house. Quiet and peaceful but still less than a 1/2 mile walk to SUNY Geneseo campus and restaurants and shops.

Gloria and Kent are wonderful, warm people! They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable in their beautiful artist studio. Their photography and pastel works are stunning and the private sitting area and bedroom are just so lovely! The setting is pastoral and quiet, with just the birds chirping. The meditation garden and quiet deck added to the relaxing atmosphere. This was undoubtably my best Airbnb stay ever! Thank you, Gloria and Kent!
