Pleasant weekend in La Rochelle , the apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Fabrice and his wife welcomed us with kindness. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Accommodation in all respects compliant and close to everyone, ideal when like me you are a little chilly to hit the road in an unknown area. We all walked (20min for the furthest point) We'll be happy to go back.

Very nice apartment and above all very well located (5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes walk to the central market). Very responsive hotel.

The apartment is in a very quiet residence and secured by a gate. Everything was very clean and tidy, with bath and bed linen provided. Sophie was flexible about our arrival time and was very kind. My wife was able to use the wifi for remote work. A basket for our dog had even been prepared! We recommend this listing and will happily come back 😊

Very quiet place and very good place for spa guests...it is missing some kitchen utensils ( small knife, salad dryer, oyster knife...) to make it perfect! We'll be happy to go back!

the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We came to spend 3 days in La Rochelle with family and big favorite for this apartment. Crazy charm, 3 bedrooms (with 3 kids it was perfect!!), adapted amenities (crib and high chair!!) and private parking. Absolutely what we were looking for. Marie was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. Great local recomendations and her English is perfect! We appreicated the gifts of wine, juice and charcoal for the BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped and beds cofortable. The bath has a shower attachment but not a wall mounted shower unfortunately. We liked that the sleeping area was away from the living area and there was parking right in front of the house. The local beach is clean with toilets. We walked or took scooters with the children. If you have a lot of things to take, you can park for free on the sea front. Marie's recomendation of the bakery near the church in St George de Didonne was excellent.

ideally located cottage, 100 meters from Platin beach, and with direct access to the bike path along the coast. Perfectly equipped for a couple, with an excellent bedding bedroom and spacious bathroom. a big thank you to Eric for hosting us.

Absolutely lovely apartment perfect for a couple. Very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and well equipped. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and visited La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, both lovely places to visit.

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation which corresponds to the description. The bedding is quality, the bathtub is a nice little plus. Spacious and very well located accommodation, close to the port, coastal path, beach and restaurants (not much open in February) as well as bus lines (13 min from the aquarium). We would recommend this listing.

hello the accommodation very clean and compliant. very good for the washing machine essential. Annie is always attentive to us. but on the other hand a shame for the covered pool if I had known it before I don't think I would have come because with children was not easy to occupy them this season. because everything is closed except the Palmyra Zoo and La Rochelle Aquarium. otherwise area surely very pleasant in another season. for the location a little too tight. it rather gives a mobile home chain, it seems less friendly to me in the middle of the season. too impersonal for me. but I recognize for what loves there is everything on site for young and old. good luck . Our hosts are very friendly, the place was impeccable! Clean, tidy, and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes went in good conditions. very good accommodation! I recommend it!!
