Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

Structure in a great position above the Turchino Trabocco. Terrace with sea view, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked apartment. New fixtures and although the structure is close to the Adriatic (and I would say thankfully) you can't hear anything inside. Cross the road and you are on the bike path and the sea!!! Daniel who followed us and Mrs. Ylenia who provided us with the initial information were very neat and punctual. We found a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Great - 5 stars ⭐️

Andrea's house has all the comforts, warm, great spaces and a stone's throw from the center of Campo Di Giove. The area is very quiet, with the possibility of easy parking, a great point to take trails and live in total relaxation without sacrificing comfort. We had spare parts, sheets, dishes, everything we needed for our stay. Andrea is a thoughtful and responsive host: he made us find the building with the heating already started and a good bottle of wine. We stayed with our three-year-old, in a winter time and had a great time. Thanks again! It's worth going back!

This super cute and comfortable loft in the center of Lanciano boasts amazing views and unbeatable convenience. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the incredible hosts. They treated us like family, even surprising us with champagne and local pastries! The loft itself is charming and cozy, making it the perfect home base. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to everyone visiting Lanciano!

Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!

This place was beautiful and a great mountain getaway! I would definitely recommend the place and the host especially! :) I have to commend Roberto especially for his grace and help in working through some mess caused by the puppies. We were able to resolve everything amicably and reasonably. This is the sign of a wonderful air bnb host! He gave great directions, checked on us, and was a professional in handling everything. Very well located the air B&B, with the geographic coordinates sent by the host you arrive without a problem. It was a very pleasant stay and my dogs were safe. Just ask well the cost per dog daily. No problem.

Everything was perfect for a couple of days in the snow. Ski lifts 15 minutes away.

This weekend we stayed in the apartment of Donatella, my husband and our 9 month old. We had a great time to say the least. The house is in the center and enjoys all the comforts and comforts; we really felt like we were at home... Donatella, we will be back! :) Thanks for everything!

I stayed at this place for around 10 days with my family and we felt at home. The house is great, the host is super friendly and we will book it again when we return to Lanciano. What a great finding!

* best location, from balcony best sea view. Beach just in front of the property. Food locations are just near by. Enough parking space around just in 200m or even in front of the apartment. * Rosanna’s Each and every recommendation about food was fantastic. Lovely host, most supportive, communicative and also very warm as person. Spacy apartments with all facilities. Great views and quiet neigbourhood complete the great package, Perfect for anyone who does not mind driving a bit to the beach resorts etc 🙂

Ludovico is a wonderful, courteous, more helpful and friendly host. He followed us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly as described, a historic home, with typical and elegant furnishings. We felt like princes. Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact
