Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Roane County

We had a great stay! Our trip started with a medical emergency. Amy and April were amazing in helping us with extending our stay if needed at another rental. The house is BEAUTIFUL! I am so grateful to have run into such wonderful people. Thank you so much! 😊

An amazing place with an amazing view. Tim communicated from day 1 and was there if needed. Home had plenty of amenities that made you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay! Would definitely stay again if possible.

Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! Kim was amazing at communicating. The house was easy, comfortable and great location to downtown and restaurants. We will stay there again on trips to Tennessee.

This is a GREAT place for families or groups. Especially those who are active. Lots of room to move around. Appears that the owners are constantly reinvesting and keeping adding to the property and what it offers. Seeing eagles daily was a treat. While we were off peak season, the area is well maintained and worked for us and our extended family coming from multiple locations. This home and location is highly recommended!

We enjoyed are stay immensely! Very quiet and peaceful area. Loved the little dock on the lake. Home was clean and had all the necessities for our trip. There were even some toys and games for my young girls to play with. Great yard for the little ones to run around, they too enjoyed the dock. Matthew was never a bother, very proactive, kind, and quick to respond.

We had an excellent stay at Travis’s spot. Ate at their restaurant that it is attached to twice, and got to meet both he and his wife, who were just so friendly and hospitable! Parking right out front was also plentiful and easy. It was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip with a 38 minute drive to climb at the Obed when too cold to camp! Would definitely stay there again!

The Badger Inn was Great!!! Located on Watts Bar Lake in Kingston with Amazing Views and located close to I-40. Well stocked with anything you need plus extras. The interior of the condo felt fresh and well thought out. Great little touches in each room. It had everything we needed. Rhonda was very responsive as a host and answered any questions we had quickly. We'd definitely rent her place again and recommend it to anyone. Thank You So Much Rhonda!!!!!

Lovely, cozy spot, minutes from the highway. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the assortment of games and books and snacks made us feel right at home. Would happily return to this charming property.

We traveled to TN from Cleveland, OH for a family wedding. We've had family in the area for decades, so the area was already familiar. The apartment was as described. It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. The deck is a nice, comfortable place to enjoy the view of Watts Bar Lake during our downtime. The kitchen was adequately supplied. We didn't need anything, and a couple things we were looking for were borrowed from the unit next door that my brother's family was staying in... and vice versa. We all slept very well during our stay. Our kids, 5 & 2 years old, had never slept in the same room together, and they were very comfortable and slept well in an unfamiliar environment. The trundle bed was perfect for them. We would like to thank our host for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Susan is a wonderful host. Her home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. There are always treats there for guests too. The television is great with local channels, networks and streaming. The location is beautiful. You can't go wrong

This was my first ever air bnb experience and I was a bit anxious and nervous about being 1000 miles from home. Jacob and Moe are literal angels! They were there in my time of transition and allowed me to bring my cat and extend my stay. They were super responsive to any needs and what started as temporary family became permanent! They invited me to a Super Bowl party and Jacob is a fantastic cook! The apartment had all the comforts of home and was very welcoming, cozy and peaceful. They had coffee in the fridge for me to brew with a coffee machine I fell in love with. The bed was super comfortable as well. They are an active family with little ones and yet treated me a stranger new to the state like family. Also the price compared to other air bnbs was amazing and helped with my budgeting in moving from Texas to Tennessee! I would have loved to have stayed with them longer. Highly recommend! If you are looking in the area, these are your people!

Awesome place. Super clean and very cozy. Easy access with private boat ramp for tournament day. It was absolutely perfect for two anglers with plenty of room for boat and trailer.

The nicest people you would ever want to meet. Super knowledgeable, very friendly, easy going and they are extremely helpful. The wooded getaway is exactly as it is advertised. So relaxing and peaceful. I slept amazing. This place and the hosts deserve a 6th star.
