Vacation rentals with a hot tub in River Thames

We had a super stay. Excellent communal space, lots to do. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms excellent. The hot tub, pool table and canoe kept everyone entertained!

We had a wonderfully few days at Janet and Steven's lodge. A weekend of dog walks and pub lunches, relaxing in the hot tub and playing games in front of the fire. Just what the doctor ordered! The lodge had everything you could possibly need, was beautifully presented and full of thoughtful personal touches. Thank you for letting us stay! Xx

After an issue with our booking we were offered this as an alternative lake house for our stay. The location was excellent and Orion were great to deal with. The only disappointment was us not being to have the house that we had originally booked but the house we did have was comfortable, hot tub was great and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful family stay at Matt’s house. The surroundings are beautiful, house was really clean and very comfortable. Kitchen really well equipped. Comfy beds. Lovely having the pool table, hot tub and games room as entertainment. Check in was super easy. The only challenge we found was not being able to let our dogs loose in the garden due to horses at the end so we needed to escort them for a wee each time, but not too much of an issue. Overall amazing stay and would go back.

Stayed at the property with 3 friends for a little reunion and we absolutely loved it! It has everything you need and we felt very welcome. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was ready for us when we arrived and the location over looking the sea was beautiful. I especially loved the bathroom with a nice big bath! Comfortable beds with provided eye masks which was a lovely little touch! Very responsive and helpful hosts! Thank you so much!

We found the property easily and we were met by Allan the host. We were shown all the amenities and outlay of the property including Hot Tub , with precise and helpful instructions. The beds were extremely comfortable with spotless linen. The property was spotless clean and boasted every amenity you can imagine. It was the perfect property and location for our family Christmas. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Jan and Jamie's house is part of a great community with excellent amenities! We were here over a Christmas holiday and unfortunately many of the awesome things around (archery, the waterpark, pools, onsite gym on holidays) were closed. The appeal of this spot in the summer was well noted! House and location are great - just double check which gate Google Maps is taking you to in case you arrive in the dark!

We had such a fabulous weekend at Otter's Holt celebrating my brother's 50th. The house is beautiful with wonderful views and extremely well appointed -we had everything we needed. Lorraine was very responsive when we had some problems that we needed help with. We all loved the outdoor pools at the spa and the kids enjoyed hiring canoes to paddle across Howell's Mere. We hope to visit again.

We had a lovely time with our extended family- it was lovely to be able to be together, but the house was spacious enough with a lovely design that allowed us to have some time apart if we needed it. A beautiful home and we would definitely consider returning should be occasion arise.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

Stayed here for 22nd birthday with a group of friends and we all had a truly unforgettable experience. The pics do not do this place justice - it’s beautiful & huge & perfect for all group sizes. The outdoor fire pit table really added to the ambience during dinner. The hot tub was incredible and a massive highlight of our stay. My favourite feature of the accom was probably the bar area - perfect for any celebration as you can customise with your own drinks & the surround sound & disco lights add a great vibe. The rooms each come with en-suites, so perfect for friends / family / couples to all have individual space as well. And finally, the host really made our stay. Arun was extremely helpful and communicated well throughout, offering to both pick us up and drop us at the train station. Upon check-out he even took us for coffee at his house! A truly lovely person. Excellent accom & hospitality made for an unforgettable birthday. Would book again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much Arun

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little cabin. Alexia was friendly and really helpful. the hot tub was so great and a delight to enjoy on our night away.

We stayed at Chestnut Meadow for a weekend away with friends and our young children. We had a wonderful time. The lodge was spotless and had everything we could need. Perfect layout and felt really roomy. The hot tub was a brilliant addition and had a chance to relax and take in the peaceful countryside. The hosts were brilliant and responded quickly to queries. We already planned to return and hope to make it an annual visit. Thank you so much for having us!

if you want time out away from a busy life this place is perfect. Great views friendly people great walks perfect for dog owners. lovely farm where cabin was based. all was perfect just what was needed. will visit again

Hidden Gem! In a secluded woodland area, peaceful, cute and felt like a home from home. The hosts were resourceful, helpful and so friendly! The pictures are deceiving the cabin is spacious, pristine, comforting and amazing. They had games for us, enough wood for the fireplace and hot tub. The hot tub was amazing, sitting out in the evening while nature is unfolding around was magical. Best little weekend getaway! We're definitely wanting to comeback especially when it's warmer. The bathroom was amazing! Loved the rainfall shower, love the draws in the bedroom we could actually put stuff away. The weighted duvet was lush! The welcoming treats especially the eggs form their chicken was a cute touch. This place is a hidden gem and the bonus of this was Bruce your dog. He gave such a lovely welcome, he was adorable and cute.

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!

Anna is a lovely and attentive host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and provided really helpful instructions for the hot tub and log burner. The cosy lodge had everything described on the listing, plus more thoughtful bits such as milk, seasonings and anything else you could require for an easy meal. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of things nearby to explore e.g Winchester and the nature park. We loved our time here and were sad to go!

Stayed here for a last minute getaway with my partner. Was such a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful countryside to walk around, and not far from local towns for restaurants/cosy pubs and having the hot tub to finish the day off was such a bonus! Overall was a lovely stay and will definitely be looking at booking again :)
