Vacation rentals with a fireplace in River North Art District, Denver

This house was a great place to stay in Denver; the neighborhood was quiet and close to parks, groceries and other places of interest. It was larger than we expected from the photos. We have family in Denver and were able to gather at the house for some meals and games. Darrow provided plenty of paper goods to start with and left notes with instructions for various amenities. I hope we can stay here again when our family gathers in the city.

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. Plenty of space inside and in nice area. Easy access to roads to both Denver and hiking and ski mountains.

Jennie was very responsive, flexible and helpful! She has a lovely home that made our family feel very comfortable and welcome! She went above and beyond with a thoughtful welcome basket and amenities for our dog who was also very welcome. The location is amazing and perfect! A Perfect Stay – Felt Like Home! I had an amazing stay at Jason’s Airbnb. The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless – it really felt like home. Jason was an outstanding host, always kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. His thoughtful touches and local recommendations made my stay even better. Highly recommend this place – I’ll definitely be back!

Great location and great home. The house is clean and modern. The location can’t be beat - walkable to lots of places, but tucked away from noise. Julie was quick to answer our questions. Next time we’re in Denver we’ll be renting here again.

Absolutely loved my stay in Lafayette. It was my first time in Colorado and wanted to be somewhere between Boulder (to visit a friend) and Denver. Sue’s apartment in Lafayette was perfect! Close enough to the small downtown area with restaurants and shops and a rec center to work out at. The apartment is perfectly located, private, comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay here again for my next visit 😊

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

The best basement apartment we have stayed in. Very spacious and thoughtful planned out. Easy walk to the grocery and wonderful coffee. Highly recommend
