Vacation rentals with a firepit in River Hamble

Perfect for a one night stay for a birthday celebration with friends. The property was spotless and lovely that bedrooms were all en-suite. Can’t comment much on the area as we were only staying one night and didn’t explore but property itself very private.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

We could not have selected a better home or host! Karen was incredibly helpful, communicative, responsive, proactive and flexible. We could not have asked any more of her and the welcome of Prosecco and home made mince pies was fabulous. The house was stunning, lovely open plan areas, wonderfully sized bedrooms and everything we could possibly need, with a lovely fire. Being so close to the beach made for wonderful walks with the dog and family and the weather was very kind to us. Thank you so much for everything, we really could not have asked for more and we have a most wonderfully relaxing time.

What a lovely house! So beautifully kept and exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Andrew was fantastic. Recommend The Wittering for Sunday lunch. Short walk to the beach and local shop. Particularly loved how comfortable the beds were and large the space was. Perfect for 6 adults and 2 dogs

A fab few days for New Year's Eve and New Year. 3 families - a lot of fun and laughter and a perfect space for the 11 of us. Great to be able to walk to town and visit the fab pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely time and the hosts were super kind, letting us arrive early and leave late. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks so much Sarah and James

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

Luxurious property in a lovely, peaceful location. The host had thought of every little detail to make it a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The garden and countryside views are beautiful and it was so calming sitting on the deck by the stream. I will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Casita, the view over Stanpit marshes is stunning, in January, you see the sun rise by the Isle of Wight travel over Hengistbury Head and set within the window viewport, and the wide variety of birdlife is beautiful to watch, like an animated painting. The lodge was very warm and cosy and had everything we needed, even a whirlpool bath! A freezer would have been useful for our longer stay but we managed fine without it. The beds were very comfy. Ample parking for 2 cars. It is a short (< 10 mins), flat walk along a picturesque riverside path to Christchurch where there is an M&S for groceries, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Our hosts, Candice and Dan were lovely and gave us a very warm welcome with a breakfast basket, festive decorations and a bottle of wine, and were very responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend Club Casita to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s home. The photos do not do the property justice- such a specious house with great living area. The little child friendly touches (I won’t give away the surprises for anyone who visits!) were so appreciated. Jackie was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much.

We had a great time here. Views are amazing . The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outdoor space and the hot tub. Great place for walking.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

When I saw this place available, I booked straight away - I was totally sold on the private indoors pool, big jacuzzi and infrared sauna. The whole house and set up are beautiful, and there’s loads to do nearby, particularly with kids. The flat is well catered, Dave was ever so helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

An amazing place with amazing hosts. We stayed for the whole month of January, and felt right at home. The town was great, lots of places to eat, drink and walk, everything you need right on the doorstep Becci was super helpful and friendly, and was always available to help. Super comfortable beds and everything was provided Would 100% book again if we was in the area

Cazzy's place is perfect - conveniently located, well thought out with plenty of space, attractive decor, comfy furniture, excellent shower & well-stocked kitchen. She was welcoming & responsive, and provided an excellent guide to the local amenities. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Brockenhurst.

We had a lovely stay here, hot tub is easy to use and a great size and very clean. The annex is clean, comfortable and cosy and the hosts had left lots of little touches like breakfast items and milk in the fridge. Would definitely recommend the cat and dog were very friendly and garden is beautifully maintained would love to return thank you for a lovely visit

A true gem of a place. There is no other place to stay if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. I’ve stayed in a few places in my time and this is by far the best. The lack of tv and no phone service makes it all the better, we had such a peaceful visit. The hut is stunning and the surroundings are beautiful. No road noise, nothing. Only the local wildlife chatting away and occasionally the slight rumble of a train in the distance (which you can see on the horizon, adding to picturesque nature of everything) there are plenty of amazing shops and takeaways only 5 minutes away from the hut. Sara was incredibly helpful, always available in the messages if we needed anything. We can not wait to come back and we will be back, we miss it already!!

We had the most wonderful stay here. Easy check in, friendly hosts who even baked us bread!! The cabin itself was so homely and cozy, pristine on arrival and the amenities were just as described. The garden is lovely, especially at night and the fact the cabin is pet friendly was a bonus. There are some beautiful walking trails that are perfect for dog walkers. We will 100% be trying to come back in the summer!!

We had an amazing and very comfortable stay at Hannah’s Apple Tree Cabin. Everything we needed was all there and I couldn’t really think of anything else that can be improves with the place. It was a perfect place to just chill and relax and recuperate. The bath tub was amazing. The whole look of the cabin made it a very cosy place to stay for my husband and I and our daughter. The main reason why we stayed is because it was near Paulton’s Park and because of the cabin feel of the place. It exceeded my expectations. We would love to come back next time. Thank you so much!

A really comfortable cabin in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a family. Lots of extra special touches like digital radios in the bedrooms, a quooker hot water tap and very comfy bedding. There were plenty of garden toys to keep the children entertained alongside the vast amount of space they could run around in. Lovely well stocked fire pit area with lights for a cosy evening. A fantastic few nights away!

Amazing airbnb: beautiful setting, wonderfully designed cabin, so comfortable and clean. Very responsive and kind owners. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful country escape!

Another lovely stay at the cabin - we’ve stayed 3 times now. Janie and Paul always make us feel very welcome and were great at sorting out a little problem that we had during our stay, with very quick communication/response time. Will absolutely be back again for another stay.

Lovely little cabin hidden away. We were staying during some very chilly nights but once we had the wood burner going it was amazing how warm the cabin was! Lovely hot water for the outdoor bath, very clean, all the staples you need to have a relaxing few days. Edd was very helpful and came by to drop off some extra useful bits for us on arrival which made the stay even better. Lovely stay!
