Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in River Great Ouse

My hostess was Jane, James' mother. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel completely at home. The manor house is full of history and has been lovingly restored by Jane and her late husband. Jane is a font of knowledge on the history of the house of which she is rightly proud. The gardens are beautiful, containing many rare species and in June must be spectacular with the roses in full bloom. I was lucky enough to be able to watch an amazing play about Shakespeare's women in the Manor barn as Jane's guest during my stay. The village itself is also beautiful, with a local pub just a short stroll away and an award winning pub in a neigbouring village 5 mins drive or 40 mins walk.

Me and my daughter really loved our stay. Shame it was only for 1 night. It was a short notice booking and Beverly was flexible about our check in time. We really had the best sleep on the comfiest bed . The house is full of charm and both of them made us feel so welcome oh and not forgetting the gorgeous Florence the doodle. I enjoyed having breakfast and having a chat with Beverly. We would definitely go back next time I’m in Moulton.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Miranda's home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. Miranda is an exceptional host, always available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect quiet yet convenient to local attractions.and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Janet and her husband run an excellent establishment. Attention to detail was really good from the communication we had before arriving, organising a taxi and then tea and cake in the garden! The breakfast was yummy and again service warm and welcoming. Highly rate the stay!

I had a lovely cosy one night stay :-) The Nest has a lovely homely feeling to it and had everything I needed. The roll top bath was a wonderful luxury after a busy day!Simona was so welcoming and helpful - even providing some scraps of wool and a pair of scissors to assist with my knitting! Highly recommended. (If you are tall, be prepared to stoop when getting in and out of bed though!)

The place is clean and warm. Everything is just as described. The family is welcoming and allowed us to check in early and pick our bags later, as per our train schedule. The only uncomfortable bit is the washroom. It is a little crammed and was inconvenient, especially for my partner who is tall. But definitely a good stay for a short trip.

Fantastic AirBnB - clean and just as listed. Lovely and quiet in a beautiful garden setting.

My son and I stayed here for this year’s British Grand Prix. We could catch the shuttle bus from Whittlebury Park so it meant we could get to the track without using the car. Rebecca and Chris were great hosts, made us feel very welcome and we felt like nothing was too much trouble. They leant us a couple of items that we had forgotten. We’d definitely stay again if we ever get the chance to go back to the Grand Prix!

The hosts, Christine and Gary, are the nicest and most helpful hosts you can imagine. The house and apartment are just beautiful, tasteful and freshly renovated. Breakfast is excellent with home baked bread, fresh fruits and everything you wish for. Though it is a bit of the City Centre, you can easily get there by bus directly and your hosts are even helpful with commuting difficulties. A quiet and homely place. I strongly recommend this excellent B & B.

Amazing. Awsome host. ideal location. invedible home. The balance is just perfect . space when you need it and company when you need it. SO SO good in all areas. i will make sure İ only stay here when coming to Northampton

Lovely place to stay in the heart of this quaint cottage box village. The hosts were very welcoming and our room was clean with what looked to be a recently installed ensuite. Good gin selection too :-)
