Sharon communicated every step of the way, she met us and went through everything. Sharon responded to text in a timely manner (not that there were any issues). Lovely caravan, newly refurbished, cards for entertainment, beach bucket and spades provided. Tea coffee milk at hand with toiletries. Plenty of tea towels and set of towels for each of us. Bring extra toilet roll and your beach towels. Parking at the caravan. Right by the beach, restaurants, takeaways, park, sports complex and football/tennis courts. We had an amazing most comfortable time and would love to come again. Family of 2 adults, 2 children 11&16 and Teddy our cavachon. Thank you Sharon.

We loved our stay in Julie’s cottage. It was in a great location, with parking and beautiful inside. The most telling review is that we will definitely be back to stay there again!

House was immaculately clean and well maintained. The added bonus of access to the beach from the back garden was fantastic! Weather wasn't on our side for a few days but we still enjoyed walking the dogs on the quiet beach. Having the smart TVs was really good. The garden is safe and secure for the dogs. We would definitely like to return as it ticked all our boxes for a perfect holiday. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated on our arrival as we couldn't get a supermarket delivery till next morning. Thank you for a great holiday!

From the initial booking right up until check out Kathryn was only a message away. She even suggested restaurants and things to do including where best to park. The apartment istself was perfect, christmas tree and decorations, a full kitchen with a good working oven (perfect for cooking a family meal), the bathroom was spotless, there was plenty bed space and the kids loved playing with the toys and puzzles. There was even a balnket and toys for the dog! We will definitely be back and would recommend Kathryn to our friends and family.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was fantastic for my mum, as she has Parkinsons. Exceptionally clean and beautiful decor throughout. James and Kate have added the extra little touches also, which makes for a fabulous stay. Thank you so much 💓

Great location close to the sea, perfect for dog walks and walks along the prom. House was clean and beds comfortable but tall people, like us, may struggle with the metal frame bed ends. Garden is split from patio by two gates and hedges surround the grassed area, so not completely puppy proof. We managed with a long lead so all good and a hose is provided at the back of the house. Lovely stay and surrounded by great places to eat: Beach cafe, No25, Top Wok and Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias to name but a few.

The accommodation was superb. Modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. From toiletries to filter paper for the coffee machine everything had been thought of. Eco friendly touches showed extra thought and care. Location was fantastic for our needs. Will definitely rebook when we visit again.

A lovely stay in a gorgeous location. Being a few minutes from the beach is such a bonus! We felt very welcomed and loved the little touches of basic groceries and a welcome basket. It felt very cosy and private even though located at the end of the driveway and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks again!

One of the best caravan stays for us. We usually stay with brands & first experience with an airbnb host & we can now confidently say we loved this experience. Daniel was upfront & responsive always, helpful house rules book, more amenities than they could list on airbnb advert. You practically just need some raw food to cook & eat. Very much connected to today’s need with an Airfryer & coffee machine with pods, games & dvd player. Clean & fresh Linen & towels were provided. Plenty of utensils & cleaning material, including a hoover. Very happy with the caravan space, cleanliness & amenities. We traveled with young children & they were delighted to find hot chocolate. We would definitely return & recommend to friends.

Positives The caravan was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen utensils, which made cooking easy. Clean bed linen and towels were provided, and there were even items available for my cat, which was a thoughtful touch. The host was excellent—she communicated quickly, was very helpful, and willing to resolve any issues. The location is great, close to the beach, with nearby towns offering attractions that are easy to visit. Negatives The double bedroom was quite cold at night, and I didn’t feel comfortable using the en-suite bathroom because of this. That said, the rest of the caravan was at a good, comfortable temperature. A note for future guests (not the host's fault) We stayed during the New Year period, and most of the facilities at Robin Hood Park were closed, as were many family-friendly activities in Rhyl. It’s worth keeping this in mind if you’re visiting at the same time of year. Overall, a good stay with a lovely host!

It was a wonderful stay. From booking till vacating Mr. Tim help us very well like instant responds to chat. Everything was ready when we there with a warm welcome gift. Lots of activities like board games were there. It is a highly recommended space. Thanks, Mr. Tim once again and we would choose the same again.

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

We had lovely holiday at this beautiful caravan. My children were not bored, lots of entertainment for different ages. The apartment has everything you need, there is a store on the territory of the park, and the nearest store is two bus stops away. The pool is located nearby, it has water slides, which children from 6 to 13 liked. We would love to stay here again. We thank the owner of the caravan.

We stayed here for my sons birthday. Nathan was really responsive and helpful accepted the booking straight away and gave a helpful run down of how things work. The place was clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. The static has central heating which was a definite plus and is in a quieter stop on the site and didn't have any interruptions. I would definitely recommend this booking and we will definitely be booking again!

Lovely in the corner out the way so it’s not on the Main road with all busy car it’s a hidden gem , Margi was very responsive and great communication highly recommended straightforward about the cleaning

We had a great few days in Penmaenmawr, and couldn't recommend Myat and Kan's accommodation enough. Immediately from booking, they were friendly, welcoming and left clear and easy to follow instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern and spotless with a fantastic view of the sea. We would definitely stay again, thank you both!

Harwarden is a fabulous place to stay. The house is gorgeous, plenty of space and beautifully clean. Beds are super comfortable, bedding and towels lovely. You could make a Christmas dinner in the kitchen, it is equipped with absolutely everything you could need and everything is neatly labelled so no scrabbling around looking for anything. Extra little touches like dishwasher tablets, salt n pepper, tea n coffee, tasty treats, just makes everything so much easier and welcoming, together with state of the art coffee machines, range cooker and an air fryer. WiFi is super fast. Lounge has great telly, with Netflix already logged in, heaps of games, speakers and games console. Safe parking behind the house is great. Hosts super helpful and kind, nothing too much trouble - we had a super time!!

A comfortable weekend stay in spacious accommodation attached to owners home but with own private entrance. One en suite bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and TV and with a view of the sea in the distance. In the kitchen we had everything we needed with a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink and small dining table with chairs. There is also outside patio space with table and chairs. Plus off road parking, always a priority for us. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Deganwy. This is a superb spot with stunning views across the bay. Sitting in the bay window you can track the progress of the sun throughout the day. I also enjoyed watching the trains - the station is just opposite (very convenient for Llandudno and further West too) The house has traditional decor and everywhere was extremely clean and well presented. The kitchen has everything you need. You are in control of the heating, but it was a warm place with the sun streaming through the windows so we didn't need it on all the time even on very cold days. There's a lovely cafe a couple of doors down and plenty to visit nearby. Llandudno is about a 50 minute walk along the beach, Conwy a little further) or a 5 minute drive) The House Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We've already booked to return next year.

Our second stay here and just as we remember. Peaceful, beautiful and lots to do near by. The cottage is cosy with fast acting heaters. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The two en suite shower rooms are great. We'll hope to return soon. Thank you Gordon and Caroline.

Ella's place was very clean and tidy! Everything has clearly been looked after and put together very nicely. Ella made an extra effort to put up a Christmas Tree for our stay which was a lovely touch. She was always very responsive to questions and friendly. The walks in the surrounding areas are beautiful including strolling along the beach which is just across the road!
