Cosy cabin in Risør, right by the sea!

Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential house. It is under a 5 minute walk down to a great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activity offerings are within short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally sourced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go out to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich offer of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Charming cabin surrounded by sunshine &tall trees

Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.

Leiligheten ligger midt i Risør sentrum med gangavstand til alt av Risørs nisje-butikker, matbutikker, vinmonopol, restauranter, cafeer, bakeri, kunstgallerier, kulturhus med bibliotek og kino, bokhandel, frisører, skjønnhetssalonger, apotek, legesenter, dyreklinikk, tannklinikk og selvfølgelig sjøen med for eksempel flytende badstue/havbad. Taxibåt eller fergen Øysang, tar deg ut i Skjærgården rett utenfor. Vegg i vegg ligger "Hollenderhagen". Ett kvartal fra indre havn.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Koselig restaurert sørlandshus med stor skjermet idylliske hage i vakre Holmesund til leie. Svært barnevennlig hus, hage og område. Flotte bade, krabbefiske- og fiskeplasser i umiddelbar nærhet. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i skolens sommerferie (uke 26-33).

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views over the entrance to Risør! Located close to the center and sea, as well as very short way to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube maker, coffee machine, two living rooms, great patios with views and charger for electric car. The house is suitable for two or more families:-)

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty and garden/barbecue/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed.
