My mom and sister stayed at the place and it was really a nice one. The place is a bit away from crowd and provided peace of mind. Mr. Rahul has been very responsive & helpful for any question/doubt(s). There is parking place at the apartment which gave us extra advantage. The house is beautifully kept and maintained and looks exactly like the photos. We booked another listing from Mr. Rahul but there was some issues related to electricity so he upgraded us to a premium listing without any extra cost. Would highly recommend the place and will definitely come back in future.

Location was easy to find. Care taker manisha ji ensured everything was taken care of. rooms and bathroom were tidy, clean bedsheets and towels were provided. no compromise on the quality was seen. All utensils and appliances required for cooking were available too which was a plus point and the care taker helped us with the groceries. The home was spacious and would be a great place to stay if visiting with family. Parking was available too. it was a pleasant stay overall.

Hukam Singh was a very warm, friendly, and thoughtful host. I felt truly welcomed and safe during my stay. I received extra blankets anf toiletries, and my room was cleaned upon request. I was also offered filtered water, tea, and pastries. Be aware that the street the building is situated at is very busy and noisy, but it does come down late at night. All in all the place served the purpose for me (catching up with my work and studies on my laptop), I had my privacy, comfort, and good wifi. I stayed for 1 night with my friends and it was a lovely stay. Mentioned directions were a little off but I contacted the host and he helped me out with the right directions. I liked the greenery over there. Place was huge and everything was well maintained. I asked for bonfire which the caretaker helped me to setup. Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this for groups.

This is a beautiful place to stay right on the Ganga river just outside of Rishikesh. Perfect for daily meditation. A homely, family atmosphere where you will feel very welcome. You can also book rafting out the front, what a great experience and you can visit temples from here as well. Siddhartha is a friendly and helpful host, he helped to organise to get a sim card so that I couid use the wifi there. I definitely recommend to stay here if you are spending time in the Rishikesh area.

We had a pleasant stay, and the space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with most of the essentials.

nice stay. kitchen had almost every utensil required .Hall has s small bed . it can accommodate an adult and child. bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and a child. washroom was clean. as a whole I felt as if I am at home. lot of autos you can get nearby on the main road note: uber doesn't work in whole haridwar and rishikesh although the app shows. I tried at three different days.

The place was pretty awesome and worth the money spend. The view of the Ganga river from the window and balcony is mesmerizing. The Host's assistance (Reena) was responsive to all the queries and made sure our stay remained comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay.

This property has it all , one of the best places to stay if you are in Rishikesh. The host offers all the amenities. And it was super clean. Would recommend it for sure .

The place is a gem! It's beautiful and well-kept! Shahenshah is a wonderful host! Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and hygienic place. He also has a medical aid box with essential PCM and cetirizine medication!

Everything was good. The place was cozy. The maid is a bit irregular, otherwise it is really good. The owners are very generous when it comes to any issues we are facing. the house was also beautiful, though a bit smaller than expected (can be due to the photograph angle.) Overall, a memorable experience!
