Spacious and functional house, excellent air conditioning in every room. The private bathrooms in the bedrooms are very comfortable. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Surrounded by the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of unique peace. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while the host Cecelia was always helpful and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, made our vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to go back!

Accommodation equipped with every comfort in the center of San Martino, very close to the Verde River, the starting point for excursions on the Maiella. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable for 5 people. Large living room, kitchen and large bathroom. The host is very helpful and kind.

We were guests in Rossella's house from December 23 to 29, in the week in which Campo di Giove ended , due to the copious snowfall of Christmas, on all the national tg. Despite the great inconvenience due to the intense snowfall, we were able to enjoy the comfort and pleasantness of a tidy, clean and bright house in addition to the courtesy and availability of Rossella, a person who is constantly present via wu or phone and interested in our accommodation and to meet the needs and emergencies of a stay that is not really easy due to the weather conditions. The house enjoys all the comforts and is less than a kilometer from the center of the village where you can find commercial establishments that offer any type of food /consumer goods (oven, grocery, dairy, butcher, tobacco, newsagent, egg pasta, wine shop, pastry shop as well as various typical restaurants)

We were looking for a place to relax, and we found it! Cozy house, tastefully furnished, very well maintained and clean, surrounded by nature and despite this with every comfort such as TV, WiFi, and above all a fabulous fireplace in front of which we spent relaxing evenings. The owner Maria Cristina has shown a unique availability, and even the neighborhood that has been activated to get us some firewood (thank you Mr. Bruno). Absolutely recommended, hoping, however, that next time we will find a place again!
