Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located a few steps from Copacabana. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping, so nothing is missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which has provided pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete equipment of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative, and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the doormen were super helpful and even organized a private parking for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we'd come back anytime

The view from the apartment is really cinematic, in person it's even more beautiful! The apartment was very clean and smelling when we arrived. The location is great, close to everything.

I really enjoyed the accommodation, a very quiet place in relation to noise and safety. For those who are without a car has a staircase that leads to the beach, and to the local commercial, average level of difficulty. the apartment is very spacious, the view is wonderful, but the beach we have a view cannot be frequented because it is a military instruction area, only with authorization, but it is very close to the beach of Grumari, and for those who like naturalism has the apricó beach. The apartment is well equipped with useful utensils for those who cook their own diet, large stove, oven working and all the equipment for their stay, mainly water purifier. The bed is very comfortable, shower has a good waterfall, has a smart TV that is essential. general is an excellent accommodation, a caveat for Lucia who is Pedro's mother and takes care of the accommodations, extremely gentle. Without doubt, it is a place that I will always return to escape from the run of the day. It is worth the experience

Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in Flat in Rio and the experience was again excellent! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, eating chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, even has washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide umbrella and lounge chairs in addition to having a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, all inside. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us as present some delicious chocolates. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

Apartment with excellent view, facing the sea. Super attentive Mario, clean fit and safe condominium. Atte we used the condominium pool when it was sunny, a complete experience. We'll definitely be back more often.

The apartment is extremely complete, clean, tidy. It is part of a hotel so there is hairdresser, bar, pool and several other amenities. There is reception staff which adds to the issue of safety. In addition, there are many elements in the accommodation that facilitate the stay. We loved it. We recommend it and are going to choose it again.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. Apt's location is very top, it's very clean and organized, the Luiz host a 10 person, very attentive and polite and beyond fun, have shown us wonderful places in Rio. I will definitely return more.

Great location only one block from Copacabana Beach. Beautiful view from rooftop. Good space for larger groups with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Host and building staff are friendly and professional.

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

I've been touring the world for years in search of extraordinary corners: This apartment was one of the best I've ever experienced in what I've been renting houses by the sea . It has the luxury that we value very little: it is the luxury of good taste and design . The house has everything to spend a few days at the beach in all its aspects : PERFECT . From the choice of their furniture , the collection of objects , their view and their comfort : CONGRATULATIONS TO THEIR OWNERS and their host ANDREA .

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience! The apartment is very clean, organized, airy and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with markets, pharmacies and shops nearby, as well as having a 24-hour doorman, which gave us a lot of security. We were very well received by Ione, who presented the space with great kindness, and Julio always proved helpful and attentive in the messages. The apartment met our expectations very well and we would definitely stay there again!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Excellent everything from check-in to check-out! It can be noted that the windows chill a little when there is a lot of wind (obviously being closed)... the internet was quite bad and to take into account the mattress is too soft to take into account

Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.

Great location, close to good restaurants, supermarket, easy access to Copacabana beach. Although there is no vacancy, it has good parking options nearby. Outside that for everyday life, you don't even need a car, to do everything on foot. The apartment is impeccable, renovated, with everything you need for a few days. Air conditioning and TV in every room help at the moment of beach rest.
