Small but cute ...very clean and neat. Could have used more room, but, for a short stay, it was perfectly satisfactory. João Guilherme was helpful and readily available.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a super cosy bed. The location is perfect, close to everything! The host was attentive and helpful, offering great tips. The space is well equipped and the wifi is excellent. We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely return

Had a great stay From the outset, the communication with the host was clear, quick and thoughtful, always ready to help as needed. The location is very good. The apê is in the central part of the city. Arrival and exit to the building are quiet. The apê is very well equipped and has all the necessary electros for everyday life (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, stove, etc.). It has high quality air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is great and there is a good dryer available for use. In general, the apê is very comfortable For those who need a garage it is located outside the building, but right next to the building (about 50 meters). It is covered and is completely safe. We went on the Easter holiday 2025 and it was quiet to get a spot (the spots are not fixed. You must park in the vacancy). The host is extremely kind and helpful. We were told in detail what our entrance to the APE would be like and all the questions. When we need she answered us promptly. For our needs the apê had excellent cost-benefit.
