Beachfront vacation rentals in Rincón

You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

We rented this cottage to accommodate the overflow from our group staying in the larger house on the property, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great stay. With Pool’s Beach right across the street, the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being just steps away from great food, coffee, and a few lively bars, making it easy to enjoy the area. Would definitely stay here again! 🌊✨

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

Our family has been traveling to Rincon for years and this was by far the best spot yet! The pictures can’t quite capture how unbelievably beautiful this home is. We have young kids and Lala Beach is our favorite. This home is essentially Lala Beach and being able to set-up for the day just steps away was such a huge energy saver and made each day that much more relaxing. The beach is calm and it felt super private - some of the best swimming on the island! And the beds were SO comfortable, yes! The house, including the kitchen, are fully stocked and we had everything we needed for fun in the sun. There was an island-wide power outage but since this house is solar powered we barely noticed and continued to have a great trip. Our host, Janet, was kind, responsive and accommodating. We truly couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to return!

We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

Family of 4 fit perfectly. The pool and beach were a dream. Our sun was able to boogie board at the beach which thrilled him. We had a beautiful breeze throughout the house. Would love to stay again!

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

Exceptional is an understatement when it comes to Gabriella as a host. She was available, responsive, and her local knowledge and advice was spot on. She went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We arrived late and exhausted to find dinner and a beautiful cake. Felix was there to greet us and show us the property. There was ice in the cooler as well as coffee, and everything we needed for breakfast. He also came back mid-week to clean, change the bed, bring us fresh towels and some yummy pastries. During our stay the power went down across the entire island. The generator kicked in and we never would have known the extent of the outage if we hadn’t heard it on the news. The villa was gorgeous bed, linens, and towels high quality and the furniture was beautiful. Bathrooms were spotless and the master bath has an amazing soaking tub. Plunge pool, outdoor patio and views were also incredible. Exceeded expectations! We will be back!

We came here as a group of 3 (2 girls and 1 boy) for a post graduation trip and it was amazing. We loved the apartment that we had (#6) it was spacious enough for us to have a lil cooking party. The rooms were clean and cool. We really appreciated the ac units in each of the bedrooms as it got very hot and humid during the spring. Though I had initially thought the kitchen cooking utensils were slightly lacking, it did do the job for what we had planned to cook (pasta, toasts, eggs, etc.). We really loved the beachside restaurant’s view, food options (vegan options), and open roof deck. It was a great place to watch our first sunset at the property. The semi-private beach was our personal highlight of this stay. It was visited by the locals and other guests staying at nearby rentals but never felt overly crowded like the big beaches in San Juan feel at times. The property was located in a particularly safe area in which we could walk alongside the roads at night. Overall great stay.

This place is exactly what we needed. Our host not only was proactive in communication, she offered solutions when most needed on a power outage. If you need to ask about a place, location and directions, she has your back! The bed is super comfortable and amazing to sleep in. Not only did we loved our stay, we also enjoyed making new friends when circumstances out of our control creates opportunities to share with the community at Pelican Reef. This place is amazing! Cheryl is not only a super host, she is an AMAZING human being. My son and I will be thankful for your assistance and support to making our stay enjoyable to the max. See you soon, we are coming back for sure.

The place is beautiful, just like in the photos. It was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable for our stay. We had an uncomfortable situation with the parking space, as another car was parked in the one assigned to us. The host advised us to park in a different spot, but later that night, the owner of that space arrived, and it became a very awkward moment. It would be ideal for the parking situation to be better coordinated to avoid this kind of issue. That said, the host was very diligent and handled the situation responsibly the next day. We appreciated her attention and support throughout. Overall, it’s an excellent place to spend a few days in Rincón.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Sandy Beach Villa at the end of March with our family (10-year-old son, 13-year-old daughter). The villa is on the first floor of a beachfront building, providing an amazing location just steps from the sand. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants like Jacks Tacos and Casa Islena. Domes Beach is a short drive away and has huge delicious mojitos. Check-in was smooth, and the villa was clean and felt freshly renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing under the palm trees. Each room had air conditioning and fans, ensuring a comfortable stay. Gated parking was convenient, and there were beach toys available for kids. We loved dining on the patio and stargazing from the rooftop deck. Overall, it was quiet and private, with a beautiful setting. The host was responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Sandy Beach Villa for a peaceful beach getaway!

Daniel is an easy going, great guy to communicate with. He responded to any questions I had in just a few minutes. Daniel’s place is great! In between going to restaurants, walks, scenic drives and beach days we enjoyed the deck immensely. We enjoyed it for leisure morning coffee, the amazing sunsets and everything in between. My husband and I even enjoyed the water view from inside while watching tv. The locals in the community were super friendly. After much research, I booked this place because of the amazing water view, sunsets, adequate running water, great running ACs in every room (if needed) walkability to great eateries and easy drive to everything else Anasco and Rincon are known for. Yes, the road to the condo is steep to drive and walk up and down but you will get used to it - go slow and careful. Affordable and great places to eat are a short walk right up the main road - La Fiebre and Kaplash - approx 5-7 min walk. Of course you can have coffee in the condo but

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

Claudia communicates promptly, is so helpful, and made us feel right at home. We can’t thank her enough, we had to emergently leave our previous Airbnb due to a safety issue and Claudia saved the day!

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Laura’s beach house! It’s a short drive to Rincon, grocery stores, and the local beaches. The house was clean, uncluttered, and has a wonderful beach vibe. Some of the furniture has changed over time from the pictures but it really is right on the water - sunrises and sunsets on the deck over the waves. Pretty sweet! If you are the sort of person who is expecting resort style accommodation - this place may not be for you. If you are the sort of person who values an authentic experience, this is the place - a family beach home for more than 40 years on a quirky street with similar neighbors. It’s a survivor of storms and time. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels were provided. Hot water for the shower but not at the faucets - normal for Puerto Rico I believe. We only used the AC at night in one bedroom but there are three new units installed. Yes, the road down is steep - get over it ;>) Thanks Laura!

The location was great. Directly next to a beach and within short drive to seemingly unlimited restaurants and beaches. Rincon was well worth the trip and this condo served as a great home base.
