Lovely new, very clean and well equipped apartment. Parking right next to it with great views of the mountains. Great hosts! I highly recommend it! I will be more than happy to come back!

Great apartment! Both Davide and Chiara were responsive and helpful. Davide gave us a trip to the island of Murano to a glass factory, where we saw glass being blown and formed. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely come back!

The apartment is as in the photos and description, has a good location with connection to the Murano Islands, Burano, Torcello and the rest of Venice, the area has everything you need (Restaurants, bars, supermarket,etc.), and also the apartment has everything you need during your stay. Elena is very friendly and attentive in communication.

This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had – not just in Venice, but anywhere in the world. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always available and thoughtful in every way. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of small touches that went far beyond what we expected – even little surprises in the fridge! The photos and reviews don’t do it justice – it’s even more beautiful and welcoming in real life. We felt completely at home and in the best hands. If you’re thinking of booking – don’t hesitate. This is the place.

Big cleen apartment (it has 2 bathrooms), close to the bus station for Venezia. Close to the center of Mestre, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Private parking space near the apartment. 2 air conditioning units, that helped us heat the apartment (in february). Great host, very friendly and responsive.

There were two things that stood out to us (a group of 5). One is the location, 5 min walk to the station and 5 min train and you are in Venice. Another thing, and for us was the most positively surprising, is how Serena dealt with us. She is a very sweet lady who went out of her way to give us a million recommendations. She also left some crackers, candies and water for us, which was so thoughtful. What a great host! The place was cozy and overall it was a good deal. Having the parking available for our car was a plus.

Beautiful! We loved this apartment on the Grand Canal & it’s view. It’s walkable to everywhere & ideal. We can’t say enough wonderful things about it & Orsola that hasn’t already been said. She arranged a taxi to pick us & up & take us back to the train station, which we highly recommend. Yes, it adds a few euros to your trip, but the ease & joy of it is so worth it, if it’s manageable within your budget. Rent this place. We stayed three nights & could have stayed three months with no regrets.
