Place was just as described, responsive host and showed us great hospitality. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors can be a little loud.

The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

My rave reviews are rare, so let me lead with this: Evelyn's quaint and charming West Village studio is truly a gem!! I had a quick work trip and was able to book this spot and it was everything I could have asked for! The studio itself is actually quick spacious for the area (if you're familiar with nyc!), so that was unexpected in the best way. It's old new york in the best way-- so if style and quaint is the vibe, you will feel right at home here. I felt like I had my own little spot in one of my favorite nyc neighborhoods and she was SO accommodating. I cannot recommend booking one of her properties enough- you won't regret it! I will certainly be booking again next time I'm in nyc if it's open.

Our stay at mignon's apartment was excellent in everything! To start, the apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious, the location is very good, quiet neighborhood and public transport that takes you to direct Manhattan. Mignon is very friendly, respectful and concerned about her guests, always available when one needs her. I am very happy to have been able to enjoy thanks to how comfortable I felt in this place. If I come back to this city, I would definitely contact this excellent host again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hung Mao’s apartment! He was an incredibly helpful host. We arrived late at night and, despite our efforts not to disturb him, he heard us coming in and warmly greeted us. He took the time to show us around the apartment, which was a nice touch. The location of the apartment was fantastic, and we felt very safe walking around the area. Hung Mao was also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. One of the unique touches I appreciated was the free handmade soap in the apartment—it added a lovely personal touch. Overall, Hung Mao was a nice and easygoing host, making our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

We had a nice, peaceful two-night stay. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when I come to the area. It was very cozy and comfy. Parking was very easy on the street too.

Nestor was extremely friendly, responsive and stopped to chat and give recommendations on places to visit in the area. The place is comfortable, has all the amenities and a large fridge with ample kitchen supplies if you needed to cook your own meals. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

Milton is an amazing host, was helpful and always available from booking through the end of our stay. We stayed two of us in the apartment and it was perfect, well equipped, nice and comfy bedding, spotless clean and just few minutes walk to nearby shops, restaurants and also subway. Highly recommended, we will be back if ever coming to NYC again.

Very quiet and peaceful apartment. We stayed for a week and we felt very much at home. Lots to watch on the tv, the loveseat is very comfortable, great shower and had all the amenities as described. Perfect for 2 people. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.
