Condo vacation rentals in Reykjavíkurborg

Seven minutes drive to downtown Reykjavík. Great parking at the church for the cheapest parking price in town and incredibly secure. Average price was about half price or better of any hotel downtown. Savings allowed me to have a rental car and do some of my own touring. Parking was great on site at the apartment. Very clean building and facilities. YouTube was great for learning how to use the stove and wash washer/dryer.

This was a great place to stay during our time in Reykjavik. It’s very easy to get to everything the city has to offer, but it is far enough away from the city center to be a peaceful quiet place to stay. We had everything we needed and more here. I’m so glad we were able to stay here, and would highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arni’s home. It is a very well positioned apartment, within easy walking distance of good restaurants, cafes and the best public swimming pool, hot tub complex. Very comfortable beds and spacious kitchen.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It was a nice location to be outside the city but have easy access to main roads and shops. We chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends' house. Heba's decor is very pleasing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space is well designed for relaxation and practicality. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway.

I had the most amazing stay at Linda’s place !!! The view is breathtaking in million dollar apartments, close to everything ( like a 1 min walk ) the place is absolutely stunning next time I come I’ll only stay at Linda’s 🥰

Bridget was super responsive and flexible with the check-in time as our flight landed a few hours earlier. She met us at the unit and made sure we were settled. The unit is walking distance to a lot of the popular restaurants and sights. Would definitely come back for future trips!

I can't say enough good things about the studio: spotlessly clean, comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, huge shower, plenty of storage, and a big TV. It's set back from the street and very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and I was comfortable walking alone. It was the perfect base for exploring Iceland. Being so central, you can walk to the main attractions easily. It's 5 minutes max to Bus Stop #9 for tours/Flybus and one block to Laugavegur with great restaurants and shops. It could not be better situated for sightseeing. While I didn't meet Roald, I was in constant contact with Sigurthor before and during my trip. He was incredibly patient, responded to all my questions within minutes, and provided great recs. He was unfailingly kind and an absolute delight of a human being. It felt more like staying at a friend's house instead of an Airbnb. I highly recommend the Cozy Studio. Excellent host, thank you for the clear instructions, timely communication, and recommendations. Place is as described, spotlessly clean, and cozy. Please note that the free parking is street parking, but we never once had an issue finding a space and numerous spots were always available very close to the entrance. I would recommend without reservations and would stay again as a home base in Reykjavik.

We had a perfect stay in the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was modern and clean. I recommend that place!

Possibly our favorite Airbnb stay in Iceland. We loved the interior of the apartment, it was a combination of modern design and cozy lived in elements; so both good looking yet feeling very friendly and inviting and liveable. The location was incredibly central, all the restaurants and stores that we had highlighted for a visit were no more than 5-10 minutes walk away. The only negative I can think of is that we only stayed two nights, wished we had booked a longer stay!

Eyrún place was perfect for our trip! It was located so well, about a 30-45 mins drive from the airport, 15-20 mins drive to Reykjavik, and close enough to drive the Golden Circle in a day. It is also close to many convenience stores and a Costco. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. Check-in/out & parking was easy. Eyrún was very responsive and nice Overall a great stay!

very good. Worth living

This was the perfect distance from the bus stop to take us into the city. Because it was right outside of the main city center, it was quiet and peaceful. The area had everything we needed and it felt safe. Just a heads up to other visitors the water has a sulfurous taste and smell. This is a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely book this again!

Hannes place was perfectly situated for us. It was easy to get to all our destinations, we had a rental car, and it was quiet and peaceful after our day’s adventures each day. Hannes was great with communication and had great suggestions on restaurants and attractions. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed for our week. We even got to see the Northern Lights right above the unit on our last night there! Amazing! Hopefully we will get a chance to return to Iceland and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful condo, conveniently located on the edge of the city. Nice hot tub and easy to park, get to grocery store, etc. 15 minute drive into the heart of Reykjavik. Very clean and spacious.

I absolutely loved staying here. It was walkable to a beautiful park and the city center. Felix gave me amazing recommendations. His responsiveness was incredible and I couldn't have asked for a better host! I highly recommend staying here.
