Russell was very kind at all times, and communicating with him was easy, which made us feel at home. We had no issues with access, and the house was clean and well-organized. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to leave the house. The pool area was undoubtedly the best part. Since it was covered, the water stayed at a pleasant temperature, and the beach felt like it was ours while we were there. We truly enjoyed the place, and without a doubt, we are already planning our next trip to stay at Russell’s place again.

House is nice and clean everything’s spotless except for the swimming pool it was dirty and the beach was far away to go swimming not as shows us in the picture you have to go around all the houses at night. It’s really dark and can use the pool. There’s no light and to get to Restaurant. it’s hard to get there without directions. But I think in the future is going to be an awesome place to go because they’re building a lot of houses around and not many finished

Todd’s place is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The location on the lake is stunning, you feel fully immersed in the jungle around you but with all the comforts you could need (the AC units in the bedrooms are 10/10). Todd was an incredible host, he was super helpful and responsive, arranged transport for us from the airport, and even got us some groceries since our flight got in late. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Nicaragua!

Super recommended. The host's attention was good and a very friendly person. The service is excellent and consistent during your stay. The house is beautiful just like the photos. Spacious and clean to share with comfort.

This place is Paradise, unique place in the world Tamara and Don were so helpfull , nice and gentle with me and my group I definetly would love to come back soon, and if you traveling to Nicaragua this is the place to be sorrounded by nature, plenty of space and privacy for groups and families I highly recommend Casa de Sol for your future Vacation, my ratings and my group is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star. thanks Tamara and Don we definetly had a great time looking foward for next time.

We love Oscar's house, it was a great place to rest and get away from the city. It was incredible clean, kitchen well equipped. My family lived it.

The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable first-floor living area made it easy to settle in and feel right at home, while the outdoor patio and lush garden provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding after a busy day exploring the area. This is my 3rd time staying with Andrea. I always check here first for availability because of great past stays. I had all the comforts of home and the place is centrally located. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The area seem to be safe also.
