House vacation rentals in Requena-Utiel

This was our second visit to Gareth's place as we really like the house and the area. Gareth is friendly and helpful, and a super nice bloke. The house is in a lovely peaceful location with great outside space, but not too far from town if you need anything. The house is spacious, clean and tidy with a large kitchen so great if you want to cook your own meals. We did a lot of climbing and walking in the area and it's a great location for that. We definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is a true paradise, surrounded by nature and tranquility. We loved discovering the little farmhouse the hosts have, with its adorable dog that is super friendly and always willing to greet with enthusiasm. It was a detail that gave a special charm to our experience. We travel with our own dog, and it was wonderful to see how much space I had to run and enjoy the outdoors. This place is ideal if you are traveling with pets; there is plenty of land to explore and play. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we didn't miss anything during our stay. They are lovely people! If you are looking for a quiet place, surrounded by nature, with a special touch thanks to the farm and the hospitality of the hosts, this is the perfect place. We will definitely be back as soon as we have the time

We have been a few friends and our dogs, we had a most welcoming and quiet experience in addition, the Airbnb is exactly like the pictures. It is located in the middle of the mountain, with lots of land for dogs to play and entertain. Both Sophie and Maiquel have been exceptional hosts, very friendly and always trying to make our experience perfect. The house does not have a heater but it does have a fireplace and we have been supplied with firewood constantly to be warm. We have been very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. Can really recommend this place if you are looking to relax. Beautiful surroundings with a lot of hiking trails. And still close to Valencia. The house has everything you need. Nick and Jeremy were the perfect hosts. Thoughtful and helpful.

perfect place to disconnect with the family or couple. the chalet in perfect condition , all the air-conditioned rooms, good terrain to take you to the dog, and the lovely hosts. we will be back if we can in summer to enjoy the pool. 10 of 10

Beautiful studio right by the beach! Pictures are spot on, very clean, very cozy! Our host Fernando goes above and beyond to orient you to the area, offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do! This was so helpful being new visitors to Valencia! ❤️ Communication was suburb!

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Beautiful and calm stay. Very beautiful views, enjoyed waking up to the mountains. The apartment has basics of everything you'd need. Ample space, parking, pool (although we went in winter so couldn't really use it). The living area is nice as well. We liked all the different ways of heating the property which were useful in winter and created a cozy environment. Kitchen can use some Love and care though, not enough utensils and basic supplies. Manageable for now but it is waiting for a bit of upgrade. We like Barx and La Drova, possibly come back to Alberts place if we are in the area. 🤞🏽

We loved everything about the house ! It was even better than the photos and description... they were also totally flexible with the schedules . To highlight the attention of the host who has been absolutely attentive to everything, responding practically at the moment if you have any questions. We will definitely repeat again!

A stunning home in a spectacular location to unwind and unwind, the views of the sea and the mountain do not disappoint and leave some amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is prepared with everything necessary for a perfect getaway. It has a living room with a large TV with various movie platforms, private pool ( a conditioned and perfectly manicured antique raft). Very important that our four-legged companion is welcomed in the house ( Petfriendly). The house is quite self-sustainable (solar panel light ready to consume little water) Laura, the hostess, is a charm, very attentive in showing us the house and welcoming you with great sympathy, they make you feel at home.

Quiet and quiet site, at the same time in the center of town and close to the mountain. The house with everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. The patio and the 2 stairs are very comfortable for the girls to play. Well conditioned with stoves, air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue... all very clean and the beds comfortable. Although we did not get to know Amparo, he was very kind and willing to solve all our doubts.

Our 6 day stay in Emilio's orange grove was fantastic! The host was always at our side with questions or problems and was very committed to providing us with the best possible stay. The connection by car was good because the highway was nearby and you need about 40 minutes to Valenica. We found the place very clean and especially the layout with two separate, small houses was great for our family! The equipment with coffee maker, fridge, clothes rack, etc. was also perfect! Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

We had an amazing week with friends at this place. The house is really beautiful, spacious and perfectly equipped. The rooms are comfortable, ideal for resting after busy days. The surrounding cities are charming with plenty of activities to do, whether it's cultural tours or more sporty outings. Very cozy accommodation, quiet, we felt right at home, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Our children have really enjoyed the game rooms and a multitude of toys, stories, books... We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!
