We had a wonderful stay in Christophe’s place. His apartment is well located, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches like tea, toiletries, and a bottle of water. We stayed only for a night but would have been happy to stay longer. On top of that, Christophe is very responsive and punctual for the check-in. Don’t hesitate to book his place!

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment with our two small children. Very well located to reach the city center of Rennes, in addition the neighborhood remains very quiet. There are a few very convenient local shops. The apartment is spotless, clean and well decorated. We had a good time. Maëlys is super responsive and very considerate. Don't hesitate to go!

We had a 4-day stay in Montfort-sur-Meu. Quiet peaceful place. The apartment is cozy, carefully decorated and well-equipped. Everything was more than perfect, it was very clean. I've rarely seen such a perfect apartment. Close to Rennes, easy access to get to Saint Malo, Vannes… Bakery nearby, restaurant Thanks to Anais for all the clear instructions.

Great place, I really had a great time. Muriel is really accommodating. I stayed for 2 weeks while waiting to have my apartment in Rennes and the stay was very nice, 😄 thank you excellent 👍👍 location for visiting Rennes.

We are delighted with our stay at Theo's, in the vicinity several pleasant and enjoyable walks possible, the apartment is close to essential shops, beautiful quiet location and in the city center, very clean and bright apartment, Theo is a very accommodating and responsive host, apartment with a good wifi speed, to sum up very good stay spent in Theo's apartment.

top-notch accommodation. very clean there is nothing missing even the coffee capsule was present. Aurélien and Pierre were very welcoming. small downside .?the bed squeaks as soon as you move but nothing bad. We'll be back with pleasure 😉

The accommodation is well equipped and offers a beautiful exterior to enjoy the ambient calm. The interior is very nice, well decorated and small touches are present, in order to facilitate our stay. Annette and Philip are responsive and very friendly. The only small negative point is the weakness of the mobile network, which is negligible when you come to disconnect instead and that feels good. Sabrina's apartment was perfect. We were a couple with a 2 year old child stopping for a night on the way further south in France. There is a great park, bakery and shop within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is well laid out and has everything we needed.

Beautiful place. Better than my home. Very close to the train station, all shops, close to the center. Coffee, soap, super comfy bed. Anyway… perfect.
