Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass and then Church Street. 2 summer season Rehoboth parking passes provided to guests. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms and sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths. There is a living room, indoor beach relaxation room, large kitchen, yoga deck, screened deck and a backyard w/grill and fire table. Parking for 4 cars.

Well maintained home, centrally located and within walking distance from the center of town, great restaurants, retail shops, food stores and the Washington Street mall. The beach is just 12 blocks away which makes for an enjoyable bike ride. The large driveway offers plenty of parking. During the summer season, the home is available by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 pm and check out-time is 10am. Throughout the rest of the year, shorter duration stays are available.

Spacious, open floor plan upstairs, 2 front porches (to hear the waves crashing and feel the cool ocean breeze); screened-in back porch, back deck & yard with outdoor shower. For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors.
