I can’t say enough wonderful things about this airbnb. Beautiful, spacious, great backyard, close to stores and restaurants. My son and I cooked; I have never been in a better stocked airbnb. Spices, sauces, every appliance or kitchen item you would need. This is a great place to stay, short and especially long term. Quiet and safe area, this is one of the top three places I’ve stayed on airbnb in Canada. Also dog friendly which was a big plus. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodations were very well equipped and provided a comfortable and spacious setting for our group of five. Everything we needed was available, and the space never felt cramped. Moreover, the location was incredibly convenient. Most attractions and essentials were within a 10-minute drive, and there were great restaurants and cozy cafes just a short walk away, which made exploring the area super easy. Lastly, Lena was absolutely wonderful — extremely accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay in a new area of Regina. Madison was very friendly and helpful at all times during OK thanks our week long stay. The check-in process was easy and flexible, as was the overall accessibility to the suite. Madison’s home is extremely clean and well-decorated, with modern and comfortable furnishings throughout. The suite itself presented a very restful feeling of a home away from home, and it is clear that Madison cares a lot about the quality of her guests’ stay. Despite it being a lower-level suite, the temperature was EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable at all times (not always easy in a Saskatchewan winter!). This was really one of our great AirBnB stays and I would stay here again in the future without hesitation. 5/5.

I've been renting on Air bnb for 8 years.. Seriously Billy was the best host I've ever had. not only is laundry free, but the soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. I've been in enough places where this isn't the case. He and the other residents were so amazing and welcoming to my dog, which means everything to me. this place is clean, super comfy bed, and full of amazing nice people. I strongly recommend staying here! Billy was extremely thoughtful, checked in to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything, I've never had a host do that. good place to rent!!!

Patrick was an excellent host! His communication was prompt and clear, and he responded quickly to all messages. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. He was quick to remove snow and always friendly in passing while still respecting our privacy. Patrick was also very accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay and check out late. I would absolutely rent this place again!

its a lot nice and bigger then the pictures show. I was able to order skip, my dog had a great time in the back yard. it's a complete suite apt in the basement and a complete living space on the main floor. friendly easy going. Will be staying at this location. if available. thank you again
