It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Stay on a 100-acre riverfront ranch

The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and gazebo down at the river (subject to availability). The Ranch feels secluded, but is close to downtown Palisade and in amongst the wineries and other local attractions. We are also righty next to the off-leash dog-friendly Riverbend Park, where the local festivals are held (Bluegrass, Winefest, Peach Festival etc.).
