Vacation rentals with a firepit in Reading

A beautiful Air B&B home with well equipped kitchen and seating space for all guests to socialise. As our stay was short whilst attending a wedding at the Crazy Bear we didn’t make the most of the facilities but would definitely recommend. Ann was a superb host, responding to queries immediately and offering us a late check out which was most appreciated.

Great hosts, friendly and responsive. Will be recommending and visiting again!

We had a bit of trouble initially finding the house as it’s on a main road but once we figured out where it was the parking was very handy and the house itself is very nicely decorated and the furniture and fixtures are of a very good quality and the whole feel of the place was very comfortable and welcoming. The larger of the beds which I used was extremely comfy and the shower was great. Everything you could want was provided in the kitchen and a nice welcome pack was provided so you could just relax before heading out to see the sights of Oxford. Having a dining table was lovely as we could sit and eat and chat as you would at home unlike staying in a hotel room and the lounge was very cosy, there’s a secure garden which would be nice in the summer months. The bus goes from a stop just along from the house and takes no time at all to get into the heart of Oxford and for a very reasonable cost. A short walk to Waitrose and various takeaways made it a good option for our stay

A great stay over new year in this beautiful, old property. Nina and Ed were friendly, helpful and attentive. It’s a really pretty area, very peaceful and lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. The property is old but comfortable and well kitted out and it was helpful that there were tea bags, salt and pepper etc. We did a lot of cooking and family meals whilst we were there so some extra tea towels, kitchen cloths and bin bags would be helpful and to help guests keep the property clean, as would some more instructions eg on how to use the DVD player and the log burner so that guests don’t need to bother Nina so often. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

We had a great stay. Lots of space, the pool was great, cooking facilities great decent TV, bar etc The Pool house is in fairly bad condition, broken roof leaks badly. Couldn't really use it. Bedrooms were clean but it's an old building so had dust, broken bits, wobbly tables. Sound system seemed only compatible with Apple devices. Unless you bring an Aux to USB C cable with you. Fixing these bits could make the place lovely. Overall was great fun, enjoyable for the kids and dogs.

we had a great stay , Jenny and Peter were friendly and amazing hosts and their dog esta was a pleasure to be around the only problems were some of the pots were stained and I believe a blind would be a good addition to the glass window/door that leads to the garden , however the place was beautiful and the scenery was nice , would definitely go back. 😁

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

Absolutely gorgeous place nestled in the countryside but only minutes from main transport links and Newbury....but you would never they were there.....the apartment its self is well equipped,warm and comfortable with a terrific wet room shower a kitchenette and a real comfy bed.....I am definitely coming again when I am in the area.....oh yeah....there is a real kooky village pub 15 minutes walk away with good ale and good eats... apparently the sunday roast to die for..

Great location if you need to be in or around Reading, with parking on the drive. The space itself is great, nicely private being accessed from behind a gate, and the kitchen is excellent. Very quite overnight, with some handy shops and takeaways nearby (walkable)

Samantha was a great friendly host she allowed us to park our car and put our luggage in the annexe early as we were attending a wedding The accommodation is perfect it was clean beautiful soft furnishings and facilities Samantha had an eye for detail to enable our stay to be comfortable Welcome pack of tea coffee milk Would highly recommend We will visit again and explore the area Jane and Steve

From first booking, to first interaction and throughout my 2 week stay with Ben and Frances, the whole stay was simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, loads of help offerred, responsive, flexible with everthing and just a delight to rent from. That the rental space itself was simply everything I could have wished for, made this a fantastic fortnight. I’ll absolutely be looking to rent when back in the UK in the future!

It’s a very easy, self check-in for the quaint and private cottage situated in a quality, quiet UK shire. The accommodation is set far enough away from the main home to feel alone. Follow the fairy light path for easy and quiet evening returns. Driveway parking was so convenient and near the path. Overall I had a delightful 2 day stay in this modern, extremely clean cottage which was tastefully decorated with comfortable luxury furnishings. I needed for nothing during my stay and I would highly recommend to those considering this Air BNB for peace and quiet.

Lovely , cosy cabin to stay in . Kind touches of a welcome box of snacks and marshmallows to toast on the fire pit. We will definitely come back. Very responsive host and flexible to help us make the most of our stay and time with friends.

A fantastic cabin in peaceful woodland with beautiful views. The cabin was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outdoor area was perfect to sit amongst the trees and relax whilst enjoying the views through to the fields. The fire pit was perfect once the sun went down. All in all a fantastic place to spend a few days relaxing with friends.

We had a great stay at Richard’s cabin. The hot tub was lovely, the views were beautiful and the cabin itself was very charming. The super king bed was very comfortable and fit all three of us in there! Richard was very welcoming and went through everything with me thoroughly upon on arrival. Highly recommend! We have stayed at Christine’s cottage in sarratt many many times now. Christine is very accommodating, the cottage is spotless and peaceful. We are So thankful this was available for some Of our stay and I’m sure we will return yet again.

Lovely cottage with all the facilities required, in a pretty location, everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were a good size for a small family. Loved the log burner. We enjoyed a warm, cozy, and relaxing stay. Host hospitality above and beyond. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. Colin & Lian were great hosts. The EcoPod was excellent (we liked it so much we’ve bought a smaller one for our garden), opening out into a large garden which backed onto open countryside. Our dog very much enjoyed playing with Gigi. Highly recommended.
