Waterfront vacation rentals in Rawai

Very pleasant stay experience, the neighborhood is very convenient, opposite can see the sea, next door is 711 supermarket, shopping is very convenient. On the first day of check-in, I found that the sheets were not clean, communicated with the administrator, and immediately solved it for me! The community environment facilities are also very good, different swimming pools, the children like it!

We only stayed one night in the apartment before flying back from Phuket. Everything was very clean and as described. The apartment is located in a huge building with poll and restaurant. All shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. The small balcony was facing the back. That wasn't a problem for us on one night.

The place was beautiful, and very accessible. It is next to many activities and has a magnificent view. I would recommend this place for any type of stay.

Great place, fantastic host. Raissa made sure I felt right at home. Beach is close, lots of good restaurants in the area. I will be back if I'm in Phuket again!

I'm glad we chose this place for our stay. the apartment looked exactly the same as in the photo, fully consistent with the description. the apartment is new, cozy, clean and comfortable. it has everything for a comfortable stay. Fabrizio is a super host. I want to highlight that he was very attentive to all our concerns and questions. check-in went flawlessly. I rarely write reviews - but I wanted to highlight this apartment as a great place to stay in the Rawai area.

Fearful apartment ( in a positive sense) , very clean and have access to multiple pools and something spectacular! Yulia is always available at any time and at any time, too bad we didn't see each other, but for all the times we asked for something she has always been helpful! Otherwise, I recommend it! Amazing beach front holiday

We had a wonderful stay in Jet’s place, very clean and looked just like the photos. They cleaned the apartment twice during our stay. Jet is very kind and answers quickly if you have any questions, or just want recommendations about activities or restaurants! The area is nice and not as touristy as other places in Phuket, you can get a Grab to basically anywhere for cheap.

Our booking covered Christmas and New Year. Villa Carlos was spacious and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children. Lothar, our host, organized airport transfers car rental and recommended local restaurants, all whilst maintaining our privacy at all times. We will definitely stay here again if in Phuket. Our lovely cleaners came twice a week to change all towels and sheets and thoroughly clean the villa. Highly recommended!

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

We had a fantastic stay! The host was great, very supportive, and always quick to reply. The place was super clean with all facilities well-maintained, and they even had scheduled weekly cleaning. We spent great 5 last days of our 2-month trip through Thailand in Ike's apartment. The suite is spacious for two persons and perfectly located at the sea, short walk to shops and restaurants, really nice view from the terrasse. 100% recommendation! Thank you Ike, for that great stay!

Unforgettable! The views are stunning and the villa is designed to make the most of them. It's exactly as it looks on the pictures. The location is unusual, it is on the edge of a farm, but the people are quiet and polite and very much leave you to enjoy your holiday. There are excellent bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk (Go to Rawai View and say hi to Tom) and the main town (a charming fishing village) is a little bit further. A real one-off, stunning, private but with walkable entertainment too. The Hidden Forest elephant reserve and a trip to Phi Phi Island are particularly recommended. Not the cheapest but excellent value

This place is gorgeous, very spacious and gives you the feel of luxury for a fraction of the price. A beautiful surprise to us was the view from the terrace overlooking a body of water. There was also a quaint neighborhood park right outside of our villa doors. The location is everything! It’s right on the strip of all the activity. More massage places than you can imagine, restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. I really couldn’t ask for more. Where they could improve is to perhaps have better coordination with the villa chef they connected us with. I reached out several times and was left on read the first time and after following up, was told they were inquiring on the chefs availability to confirm and then never did. I asked well beyond the 1-2 day window so not sure what happened there. Also, I wish the electricity deposit was just build into the overall cost. I don’t like dealing with additional fees while vacationing. Otherwise amazing stay!

I had a great stay at Steven’s apartment. The apartment is as described in the listing. The location is perfect, next to the sea with restaurants, 7 eleven and an amazing coworking space.

Same as the photos .The location is very good, right on the edge of the beach, but not noisy. There is a free swimming pool and elevator in the community, and the room is clean and tidy.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

Great apartment, it’s overlooking quiet side of the street, we had a peaceful stay. There are a few really nice restaurants just outside of the building. It takes around 7-10 minutes to reach Rawai high street and Rawai beach. Super convenient location. The Host Olga is prompt to respond to any requests. The apartment was spotless clean when we arrived, and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The apartment has everything one may need. We spent a month staying there and didn’t have any problems. We are happy with our stay, highly recommend this place!

Mike was extremely responsive in all of our communications. He would literally respond within 10 minutes to every text I sent and he was a wealth and treasure trove of local knowledge. And I sent him 100’s of texts with lots of questions. :) From night markets to water parks - Mike was very helpful in planning our family vacation. His communication and hands on helpfulness is what sets his condo apart from any other experience online. Everything was great about the house! Comfortable AC + a nice pool + a full kitchen made it a great stay. You have great access to all the best restaurants without being in the party party area of Patong!

Had a great week at this property. The renovation is not the newest, but everything is very clean and has everything you need to maintain a clean and comfortable stay. Also, the host has taken care of many of the necessary details, such as tanning cream and a beach towel. The area where the property is located is also great — a night market, good cafes and restaurants, shops are within walking distance. We even walked to the beach. Daniel was always in touch, quickly helped with any questions. Thank you!

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.

Me and my family really loved the place. Beaches are nearby, 7 store nearby.. and also the place has loads of pool area, sauna etc. We felt super safe staying in this place and security is amazing too. Max and his team helped us a lot too. Appreciate for the whole team members.
