Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in Wolgaster Altstadt is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are within walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the house entrance door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town. The spa train runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

The holiday apartment is excellently located and offers direct views of the water. It is equipped with one bedroom, living room with small dining and kitchen area and a shower room. Outside there is a terrace and a barbecue area available. Seedorf is located in the south-east of Rügen in the middle of a biosphere reserve and thus in a fantastic nature. From here you can easily reach bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in worse weather. The beach promenade is a 1-minute walk away and the harbour is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. Nearby bus or bicycle rental is available. Parking is right by the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50 €/day/adult, otherwise 1.00 €.

Dear guests, welcome to the sunny island of Usedom in Swinemünde. We offer you a newly renovated apartment of 54 sqm and fantastic views of the harbor pool. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with underground parking for your car and an elevator. It has one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower bathtub and washing machine. We rent all year round. We would really appreciate a visit from them.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great vacation experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides, or boat tours on nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all: It is about a 30-minute drive to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
