Great in town place. Quiet, plenty of utensils for cooking. All the amenities you would need for a pleasant stay. Plenty of room and nice layout with off street parking!

I had a wonderful staycation at this Airbnb! I live locally, so I was looking for a cozy getaway close to home, and this place was perfect. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beautiful Wilson Lake and Bass Park, plus plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and functional. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I was able to cook all my meals there, except for a delicious takeout dinner from a local Italian spot. The space had a beautiful lofted area, and while the decor was minimal and the furniture a bit worn, it actually added to the calm, relaxed atmosphere. I appreciated not having to worry about clutter or being cautious with brand-new furniture — it made the whole experience feel more laid-back and comfortable. If you’re after a peaceful, no-fuss getaway, this place is perfect!

Beautiful little country town. Quiet location but close to stores, restaurants and area attractions. Wonderful host, great communication and very thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here again

Nothing fancy but better than advertised view of the lake. Only noise we encountered were loons so if you want peace and quiet, this place works. Basically you turn into the Augusta Country Club parking lot which is the road to the colony of homes Mark's place is in. A little tough to see the road sign at night. Will rent again and would love to play ACC, looks like a great course.

We had a great time staying here! It was just a few minutes drive from Sunday River. They had great recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and bakeries. The place was super clean and exactly as advertised! We had a great time and would definitely come back again and it seems like there is plenty to do year round!

This was such a unique Airbnb out in the country. Elizabeth was an excellent host and extremely accommodating. She had so many excellent recommendations for food, sightseeing, hikes and things to do. Her cats were so cute and friendly, we loved their company during our stay. We were just passing through the area and this was perfect for our night’s stay.

A perfect stay for our family of four while we skied Sugarloaf! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. John was very helpful and responsive. Our kids had a wonderful time playing in the snow right outside our window. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay in the lake cottage! It is perfect for kids to look for tree frogs and salamanders in the woods, find pretty rocks snorkeling, warm up by the fire after and play games after dinner. I was worried about 1 bathroom for 8 people, but it never became an issue. Scapes cafe is only 5 minutes away and they have a lot of breakfast/lunch options (cheddar biscuits are a must have!) Be careful on the deck, it can be a little slippery when wet, bring a sharp knife if you plan on a lot of cooking and you’ll have the best time!

Deborah was super inviting, and accommodated our later check-in without question. She took the time to show us around and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Her communication was excellent and her place was just right! It really was a quiet, cozy, comfortable space for my husband and I and our pup to stay, despite the howling winds and blowing snow outside! We were grateful for the last-minute availability after our travel plans changed, and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Jodi’s cabin was the perfect spot for me and a few friends to snowboard a few of the mountains in the area. The location is perfect and the cabin itself is even better than the pictures! We would highly suggest Jodi’s cabin for anyone looking to visit the area!

Steven and Kristen's home was so peaceful and quiet and, yet, still close to restaurants, BOWLING (++), stores, and tons of winter activities. It was the perfect winter getaway with all the "tools" needed for an ideal, pleasant stay. Steven was always quick to respond and very helpful with our stay. Highly Recommended!!

It was a perfect home for our family Christmas gathering! Definitely would stay here again.

Gail's cottage was a true gem of a find! She and Salinan, her co-manager, were excellent communicators and always answered our questions quickly. The cottage is extremely comfortable, well-kitted out with EVERYTHING one could need for a comfortable stay, and located in a cute cottage community that is directly on Flagstaff Lake. We loved walking down to the shared beach and sitting in the sun each day for a bit, where the view of the mountains is spectacular. We would have taken out the kayaks and used the outdoor fire pit but we were busy hiking locally each day...we'll get to that next time because we already plan to visit again next fall. This would be a great summer vacation spot, too! All in all, a terrific week thanks to beautiful and cozy accommodations (the beds are soooo comfy), fantastic scenery in the neighborhood, great local hiking and sporting activities (my husband bird hunts and he said it was "bird hunting paradise"), and great hosts.

The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy nights in. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with beautiful scenery and great amenities, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a ski getaway. Clean and spacious. I loved having the laundry on-site with detergent provided. If it matters, the third bed is a queen-sized air mattress

Ondrea’s place is absolutely perfect!! Location is awesome for Mt. Abram and Sunday River we are repeat renters and can’t wait to stay again!
