Vacation rentals with a firepit in Rancho Palos Verdes

Oliver was proactive from the moment of booking. The house was easy to find with private back entrance. Place was clean and bedrooms were in order. Plenty of towels for our stay. 3 block walk to Monrovia center and pleasantly surprised to see a street festival every Fri night with food trucks and many vendors. Restaurants a plenty also. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again if in the area.

Place was very nice and clean just as described Host was responsive and when things came up was able to get back to me quickly Place Had a good location Only thing was you can’t have any family over who wasn’t staying there which is what I usually do at all Airbnb when I come to California as I usually come visit family. So rules are pretty strict which I didn’t realize until later so we had to make other arrangements to spend time with family. So I would take that into account. Overall a very beautiful place and would recommend for stays.

Carlos greeted us at our arrival and was very friendly! Gave us great instructions and personally showed us around the unit. The kitchen wasn’t in any of the photos, but it had nice appliances and adequate room for making a nice meal. The yard and views were fantastic and it was a very convenient location. We would stay here again for sure!

Her HOME Was sooo amazing it felt like a cottage in a dream paradise!!! Clean so well put together and the whole house had a positive vibe!!!! I’m a nursing student and my team all belt good!!!! I would love to buy a home in the area if I could ….LOVE IT!

Was so very very very grateful for Jihan and Meredith's hospitality, flexibility, and understanding for our stay. We ended up extending our stay twice as our home is undergoing remediation from the fires from Eaton Canyon. They were so fast in communication, accommodating, checked in our supplies and needs, and just were understanding of our constant little pivots. We're grateful that our family had a safe and calm place to land during such a chaotic season. Kids loved it.

First of all Armin is AMAZING! I was looking for a place due to Eaton fires and Armin was extremely helpful and went over and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable. He is an outstanding host. Now to the house; perfect size well laid out and the beds are super comfortable. Great home for families, with plenty of space to spread out. There are plenty of televisions so no need to fight over the remote. I would definitely recommend this home to friends.

This is our second time staying at Jenny’s place for the holidays. She is a gracious host and let us have our extended family over for dinners and visits. The place is very clean and just as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It looks just like the pictures and there is plenty of street parking. Jenny is a very responsive host and will answer all your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will stay here again when we visit the LA area.

My family and I had a really great time staying here! The place was beautiful, clean and just like the pictures. The view was amazing and it made the whole experience even better. Mahi was very nice and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Everything was easy and I felt really comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again!

This rental was in a nice neighborhood where I had no safety issues and the road noise is not even a thing there. It is just as described. Perfect for my 2 daughters and I. Loved having personal washer/dryer access. The only downside is you can hear what every other tenant is doing (walking, vacuuming, playing with kids etc). Nice place at a great price. Trash was right by parking…so, very convenient. Also the fact you are promised off road parking is a huge plus. Would visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, and you could tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into maintaining it. Everything was spotless, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and it made me feel right at home. Had a great stay at this apartment! Great size for two people. Lodging was exactly as pictured and included complimentary coffee, shin ramen and laundry supplies. Super responsive host and helped us a lot with directions, checkin/out instructions and recommendations. Pros: - Location! Right across the street from the LA conversation center and Crypto Arena, both are less than a 10 minute walk. - Private parking and very secure building, super convenient for the area. - Luxuriously amenities, they had everything you would need and if you forgot something there’s a 7/11 downstairs! - Great central climate control - Very responsive and detail oriented host! Cons: - Check-in was a process but the host provide in great detail how to navigate including step by step instructions and videos. - Check-out was a little complicated, but again hosts provided great instructions! Overall great stay! We would definitely stay again, thank you Compound Capital :)

Lovely place. It’s a studio so just know that going in. But it’s lovely and the host Mark is the best. Always answered me in under a minute. Amazing location. Amazing amenities and super cute. Residents are super cool and chill too. Parking is a breeze. Big laundry machines. Huge closet. Dope fridge and dish washer and kitchen sink / range. Perfect for couple or a solo biz traveler. 100% will hit this place again.

Another fantastic stay! This place has everything you need, with easy parking and a spotless, well-kept space. My dog especially loved relaxing on the patio! This was my second time staying, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unique cabin! Great location close to everything you could want to see in East side Hollywood - and loved the outdoor space.
