Staying at Farah's place was fantastic, the apartment is cozy and comfortable and as described - not to mention its' great location next to Irvine Spectrum! Getting in for the first time can be a little confusing so be sure to plan for around 15 minutes from getting to the location to getting situated in the apartment, otherwise the apartment is nice and a good value too. Thank you Farah!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

My stay at Nate’s place was amazing! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Additionally, the building’s amenities are excellent and truly enhance the experience. What made my stay even better was Nate’s outstanding hospitality and support. I originally planned to stay for a month, but due to some complications, I had to extend my stay. Nate was incredibly understanding and always willing to help, making everything as smooth and comfortable as possible for me. Brandon is a superb host. The unit is clean, well stocked and has great amenities. The location is walkable to a wonderful center across the street with grocery, food options and stores. The grounds at the unit have many amenities including and a beautiful coffee bar, work stations and a market. I will be back to rent from Brandon again !

I had to check in late at night and the host was very understanding and helpful. The unit is very clean and surprisingly quiet.

This apartment in the heart of Irvine Spectrum is suitable for both short and long stays.Spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable.The household items are well prepared.You can see it with care.Especially hearty was a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Morton salt and a bottle of black pepper.Fried eggs and steaks are handy.

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Overall this beautiful space was LOVELY. Nick had amazing instructions that were easy to read and understand. He was extremely accommodating. I would book here again! It is incredibly close to the beach and local places. Thanks you guys!

What a lovely condo, view and property! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well kept and had all the comforts of home. We appreciated the attention to detail including comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen, chairs, wagon and towels for the beach, golf clubs & balls for the mini putting green. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best. The property is a tropical oasis located perfectly between the harbor and pier. It also has a great gym and rec ctr with a pool table. This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Short family getaway. Good instructions and unit was as pictured and listed. What a great location to walk to the beach and straight into town for treats. Too cold for ocean time but a good collection of beach toys and supplies.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

This was our third Christmas stay at Abraham’s and we’ve always appreciated our stay. The unit has everything you’d need for meal prep. Layout of two bedrooms with door separating main living area is so nice to keep quiet for little ones early bedtimes. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Extremely easy to walk everywhere in Oceanside. Condo complex is beautiful inside and feels very private despite size. Pool and hot tub are pluses! Love, love, love Oceanside. Low key beach town. Places we’d reco: Mostly EBikes for rentals; Zigzag pizza; Oceanside night market; crossaints at Petit Madeline’s; Parlor Donuts; The Fish Shop (Encinitas). Highly recommend!

We loved Ryean’s home ! The views are spectacular ! We had 13 people staying and it was comfortable for everybody ! They have an air mattress and folding padded mattress in the master closet that came in handy ! Each room has an attached bathroom. The bunk room shares a bathroom with one of the queen rooms. Plenty of bathroom space for everyone ! We loved the pool table and game room . This was the perfect place to spend the holidays with the family under one roof ! Thank you Ryean !

I highly recommend this Airbnb - probably my best experience with Airbnb. The house is great and has everything you need; matches description very well. The home is spacious.

We had an amazing stay! Loved the neighborhood and local coffee spots, especially Rad Coffee which is only 900 ft. from this place. Super clean, high chair and pack n play for kids, private backyard, we were able to park right out front each night, and the hosts were super friendly & responsive. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

What I appreciated was how he greeted me in person and gave me tips on where to get breakfast. He was so kind and shared personal information. This helps me feel connected and grounded. He is an awesome host!

Amazing experience - truly excellent place to stay.

The house, amenities, bedrooms were all perfect for a large group. The kid friendly extras really helped make the stay extra enjoyable. I asked for recommendations for places to eat and they did not disappoint. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back.

Family escape was such a fun stay! Great home base for Legoland and the Safari Park. The hot tub and pool (heated for a fee) were amazing and we put the pool toys and floaties to good use. The entire backyard looked and felt like a private resort, with mini golf, soccer/volley ball, lounges, conversation pits, and a grill and bar area. The games and arcade kept everyone entertained. The kitchen met our basic needs as we enjoyed local takeout. We were grateful for the host provided laundry supplies and clear instructions and communication about how to use keep the pool and hot tub heated for our winter visit. The host was immediately responsive and sent someone to fix the spa when we couldn't work the lights and jets the first day. We had no other problems all week!
