Steven was great and responsive. Hidden gem house off the beaten path. The home and pool was perfect for our family, friends and teenage boys. No complaints and will reach out again when we are in the area. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Lizette’s place was beautifully designed, clean, and has very comfortable rooms for a large group to stay in Palm Springs. She was very communicative and promptly answered questions and requests. A couple of things to note: there are no basic condiments provided in the kitchen so having Albertson’s nearby was a plus. Our group would’ve liked to have more lounge chairs to relax by the pool as they only provide 4. Also, you will need to text Lizette (note the 2 numbers provided didn’t work) when you want the hot tub and pool (if you paid for pool heating) both on and when you want it off. The first night, the heating was on all night as we assumed that it would be turned off so it left the pool scalding hot the next day. Once we figured out a comms system, it was fine the next day. But this is something for folks to be aware of. Otherwise, our group loved the house and its proximity to downtown.

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had to date. The home is BEAUTIFUL. **Big, living room & dining room, nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities one could imagine. **The two primary bedrooms were both spacious. **The VIEW from this home is unparalleled in all the community in my option: golf course, water feature and the majestic San Jacinto mountains..as if you can touch them. All this while still feeling a sense of privacy while lounging by the pool. The Desert Princess Community was so fun. We did a lot of walking around the community, enjoyed happy hour at the clubhouse & the food/service was outstanding. My husband is vegetarian & it was nice to see some mindful options. **The location is better than any other neighborhood in Palm Springs as it is a 10-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs and to the PS Airport. Easy!! The owner & the property manager were so very attentive to our needs & we feel so fortunate to find this gem. We will booking again!!

Jake was an extremely proactive, friendly, and responsive host and has a stunning place. I stayed with a few friends for the Coachella music festival and found it was a great respite to unwind, cook, grill, and hang by the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment making this the perfect getaway with a large group!

Jennifer is a great host! She was quick to respond and was very helpful to solve any problems we had. She recommended a terrific restaurant for us to try.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The host and the property manager were fabulous and quickly answered the few questions I had. The lovely home is so well appointed. While the interior has been beautifully updated, the star of the show is the view--a breathtaking view of the mountains over a tee box and your own pool and spa in the backyard. The home has easy access to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. We loved going to downtown to eat at Las Casuelas Terraza and Farm. My family and I would definitely try to stay at this property on future trips to Palm Springs!

It was a great stay - we enjoyed the pool and the heating made it an extraordinary experience. The kids loved the swing chairs, movie theater, yard, and we tried a puzzle!

This is a GREAT spot with some of the best views in the resort! I Loved enjoying coffee in the deck each morning looking out at the mountains! It’s a very peaceful spot! The hosts were great and had impeccable communication, would highly recommend as the whole experience was great!!!

Great place! Looks exactly like what is advertised. Very clean and had enough space for everyone to lounge and relax. The kitchen is also very well stocked. Julien was a wonderful host and very responsive. We didn’t have enough paper towels and Julien sent some right over. So we didn’t have to go get any ourselves. Would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Palm Springs.

We loved our stay at the villa! It’s decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen with spices and all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed to cook multiple meals. The bbq worked great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (and the gorgeous sunrise from the back yard!). It’s close to downtown and nice to walk around the neighborhood. We will book again when we come back to Palm Springs!

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 teenagers. It was pristine inside and out. We loved the hot tub. We all loved the game room as well! Should we find ourselves traveling to that area again, we will hopefully be able to book this house.

This is an amazing home! Modern, elegant, spacious, with tons of natural light. The outdoors is blending in with the surrounding desert landscape and the home’s style. The location feels private and serene. We had a beautiful and relaxing stay, as a family of four, and we would love to return and enjoy the pool even more, in the evenings of the warmer months.

The pictures didn’t do this place justice—it was absolutely beautiful in person! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The views were stunning, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It exceeded our expectations and made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend—we’d definitely stay again!

Basil was extremely accommodating during our stay - they were always responsive to any questions we had to make sure we had the best experience during our time. The location was perfect for our use.
