The place is great, clean, spacious. There are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The train passes in front of the house but you can't hear it when the windows are closed. You will be 80km from Austria and 30km from Munich. The little plus is the train station in the village that allows you to go to Munich by train to avoid taking the car. We went there during the Oktoberfest period and we thought it was great. The hosts are very friendly. We totally recommend this house you can go there without a second thought!

The stay was great. The apartment is cleaned and modern. There is parking. A bus stop is right outside the door. Manuela was always within easy reach. Airbnb is highly recommended.

Bright, clean, spacious and comfortable, the apartment fully met our needs for our 4 day stay. Tobias was very welcoming without being intrusive in any way. A short walk from the U-bahn and five minutes to the city centre.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Lovely family house in a quiet location. Good transport links into the centre of Munich and local shops nearby. Friendly communication from Matthias and Stefan. Thank you.

Our stay at Anke’s place was fabulous. It felt like our home from the moment we entered. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The fireplace was lovely to have during winter and the pre Christmas season. We also loved being walking distance to the bakery cafe, the Italian restaurant and the supermarket. We made great use of the bikes provided to explore the lake and surrounding towns. Anke and Tom were super friendly and helpful and I really don’t know what I would have done without them.

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

We had a wonderful New Year's holiday in this spacious and beautiful house. It had everything we needed for a family of four. The kitchen was super equipped and everything was clean and pleasant. We would gladly return.

Our stay at Andreas' place was just perfect in all aspects. We spent 8 days at his apartment, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.. Andreas and his wife were very kind and pro active making us feel we were at home. They helped us on finding places opened during Holidays and places to visit.. Small details made the whole difference for me and my family. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is also very good.. a calm neighborhood and only 20min by train from downtown. I would definitely recommend Andreas' place to anyone!

Thanks for the great place to stay! The apartment exactly matches the photos and we really liked it. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to relax. The hostess is incredibly warm, the conversation with her was pleasant and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable, and we felt completely comfortable. We were particularly pleased that an additional sleeping place was provided for our child and that there were even protective measures for sockets – a really loving and thoughtful attention! I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back anytime!

The host Peter is amazing and friendly person you will ever meet. He pick us up from the HBF which is so generous of him. The place is very clean and he prepared everything like fruits, snacks and drinks for us. He also gives us clear instructions to visit Munich and Neuschwanstein which helps us a lot. The bus stops are 2min away. It was really amazing to stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice flat in excellent condition. The Host had provided essential kitchen supplies and coffee which was much appreciated. Location is very convinient. The only drawback for us was the traffic noise which makes sleeping with open windows difficult. The windows provide sufficient noise insultation if you are happy to keep them closed.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

We had a great stay. The place is extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden is fantastic,right on the edge of the forest. We were able to relax very well and there are many interesting places / lakes to discover in the area. Sabine was always available, contact was very friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable.

We had wonderful time in Edurne's apartment! It's a cute place with lots of room and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the back watching the neighborhood (there's a second balcony off the kitchen). Edurne also provided everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. It's a great neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants on a wonderful tree lined street. We would gladly stay again.
