The apartment was in a great locations and close to all the amenities including Resturants and parks. Great views from the balcony . Angy responded to our concerns fast and we had a great few days in Quito.

The apartment is beautiful and well kept. The view and lighting that enters the apartment is unmatched. This will be our stay for all our future trips to Quito.

I felt very happy with the accommodation, as we were able to enjoy a space that had all the comforts for a pleasant and welcoming stay. We were able to enjoy the internal space, as well as the outdoor spaces such as sauna and pool, a very nice stay.

An incredible view, check-in was flexible so it facilitated our organization in uio, I highly recommend it. It is a place in it you will have privacy, security and above all you will feel at home, the location is accessible to commercial places, restaurants, etc.

Beatriz’s apartment is a cocoon of peaceful luxury. The kitchen is a delight. Everything you need every appliance chosen with care.. You will be gently woken by the sun rising starting your day in the most perfect way. Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice and clean place, same as photos, with many activities to do in the same building. Next to shopping mall, you just cross the street and you arrive. Also Nathaly answered really fast when we had questions.
