Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Quito

I stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks and I felt like at home. It's a very luxury property and also it's the cleanest Airbnb I have ever been to.

Good place It would just be important to improve the Neighbors Acoustics

Host was able to quickly make reservations at all the communal areas including the cinema.

Despite being a very crowded place everything felt quiet and quiet

It had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, plus a stunning view. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great options nearby. The security guard was very kind and welcoming, and Jose was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I cannot emphasize how perfect this stay was for me and my son. Karen was quick to respond and helpful with transportation, restaurant suggestions and more. This was such a great trip and Karen’s space was a huge part of that feeling. Clean, open and airy with tremendous views…we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in a clean and beautiful place. Close to La Carolina, walkable to many great attractions and restaurants. Hosts were responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

An incredible view, check-in was flexible so it facilitated our organization in uio, I highly recommend it. It is a place in it you will have privacy, security and above all you will feel at home, the location is accessible to commercial places, restaurants, etc.

The photos match the place, a little far from downtown Ibarra, but for those who are in their own vehicle it's not inconvenient. You have everything you need to have a great vacation. Jorge is a super attentive guy, responds quickly and gives clear directions.

Beatriz suite was just perfect. Very nice suite with security 24/7 which gives you peace of mind. Nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. Also a very nice park just across the street. I recommend Beatriz suite 100%. Overall great experience!

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for a week in the apartment and found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook some meals in. The beds were comfortable as was the overall apartment. Within a five minute walk is a large grocery and shopping store. Also, a number of restaurants and othershopping areas. Within a 10 minute walk is a massive mall. Felipe was very responsive and helpful. A couple things needed to be fixed and he was there immediately. We would stay there again.
