Everything is very clean and organized, the apartment is as shown in photos. The place where it is located is safe and there are good options for breakfast and restaurants. Communication with the host is great, they respond very quickly.

The place is very cozy and quiet, with everything you need inside for a cozy stay; it has air conditioning, fans, a nice window and balcony, the social areas such as the pools, jacuzzi, and slide, are great if you are in a family group or with children. All in all necessary to rest and have a very pleasant time. France was always very attentive to help us and inform us with any questions. Overall we really liked it and had a great vacation.

I would return a thousand times to a place that reflects what you love takes care of. I felt like a cause that takes care of every detail to make you feel wonderful energy. It feels calm to enter, I felt at home, I was very happy because of the color rosewood is one of my favorite colors. Too special the place apart from the cleanliness, it was spotless, totally white towels, smell that allows the aura to feel quieter than it is. They definitely have a beautiful place, and I don't let the friendliness and hospitality of the host pass.

Everything was excellent, the host was very kind and attentive to our concerns recommended a shuttle service with a very reliable condo person and was very helpful. The apartment is just like the photos, comfortable and clean, the set has beautiful pools and courts, it is quiet, very spacious and close to the airport. Beautiful apartment exactly as advertised! Fully equipped, perfect location! Gorgeous view! Great communication with hosts. Delightful cross draft when the windows are open, although a bit noisy from the traffic below. Highly recommend!!

Everything excellent, the apto is super nice, comfortable and very cool, quiet and close to restaurants, supermarkets and at the entrance a shop where you find everything without leaving. It's perfect, I'll stay again every time I go to Armenia.

My experience in Sebastian's apartment was excellent. The place is just as described: clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The decor is modern and cozy, ideal for resting after exploring the city. The bed is very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Sebastian was an incredibly responsive host, always willing to answer questions and make sure our stay was perfect. He even left us some local recommendations that made our visit even more special.
