The place has a very well-kept environment, you can walk. I went with my partner, children and my parents (seniors) and it is an ideal place to be at peace. The house is great, comfortable, with everything you need and more, to have a good and comfortable stay, it is practically next to the hotel and Mae restaurant, next to a mini-market, in front of a cafe and meters from the beach. A perfect stay! Our experience at this house was just exceptional. Everything was even better than the pictures. There are now cushions on the stove and pool seats, which makes the outdoor areas even more welcoming. In addition, the terrace has a fully equipped shed, ideal to enjoy at any time of day. The house is lovely, comfortable and was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Every corner is well thought out for rest and comfort. The garden is a true oasis, with beautiful vegetation that brings a lot of tranquility. Leonardo was an amazing host, always available for any inquiry and making sure our stay was perfect. The really cozy house, Luis has everything for a comfortable stay, from the sheets and towels to board games and toys for the kids to take to the beach. It is in our preferred sector of Maitencillo at the front of a beach with few waves and few people. We went with two 90 year old grandparents and two children under 5 and the house worked perfect for everyone. Luis very nice and concerned that everything went well. 100% recommended!

We loved staying at Condominio polo maitencillo. Such a great place for a family to go and enjoy the space, the house was extremely beautiful, clean, and they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
