A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

Izabela is very friendly and helpful host. Always answer on any questions in just few minutes. We also got from her some ideas for days out. All the places recommended by her were amazing (including Muelle - amazing restaurant with Italian and Argentinian food). Apartment itself is small but very cosy. It was more than enough for us (couple + small baby). Place is spotless and well-equipped, but what is not always sure - it looks exactly like on the photos. It's also very close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. If we decide to visit Torrevieja again - Iza's apartment will be our first choice.

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. Over the course of two weeks, the green flag was hung out only 3 times, the rest of the time there were waves, sometimes very strong. The overall impression is positive. We really enjoyed staying in Gran Alacant in Rafal and Karina’s flat. The apartment was exactly as listed and all of the fixtures and fittings were in great working order. We especially loved the balcony, the play park and the underground parking garage. The hosts were super quick to reply to any queries we had and check in/out was easy. We had access to two pools and the communal gym in the complex - although the pools aren’t heated! It is such a quiet and peaceful place to stay. One thing to be aware of is that you will need to have a car to get around as the public transport links aren’t brilliant but there is so much available within a short drive. There are some great restaurants within a 15 minute walk, however! My only gripe was that there are only two plug sockets in the kitchen!

Great location close to the airport and with plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Excellent communication and check in was easy. Very clean, lovely apartment.

Very well appointed apartment on a quiet street. Has everything available for a comfortable short or long term stay. Just a two minute walk to the local beach and Restaurants. 25 minute walk to the town centre or Promenade. Great communication with co host Ivan with speedy response. I have no hesitation recommending this well priced accomodation in Torrevieja.

Flat was very nice and clean.

The apartment was beautiful with an amazing roof terrace -- a lovely space to spend the evening overlooking the beach and coastline. Everything was clean and comfortable, wifi was great, pool was lovely, parking was safe and good restaurants and the beach were within easy walking distance. The team were super helpful and proactively provided all the inormation needed. They were immediately responsive when we had a small issue with a kitchen appliance and had it fixed within a few hours, plus provided some great local restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend the apartment and hosts.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. If you have dogs there is a nice area with grass and trees nearby to walk your pets. There is also a little bakery/cafe on the corner. It was winter so we did not get to use the pool, but the pool was very pretty and I'm sure it will be nice to use in the summer. Also, it was a short drive to ALDI, Carrefour, and the mall and not far from the beach.

We stayed at Kari's place for a week. The apartment is top notch and corresponds to 100% of the description. The handover on site was carried out by Shaun. Special thanks to him for his first-class service and warm welcome. We would come back.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Good location, beach about 10 minutes walk, supermarkets near by and not far to other locations too. Clean and tidy, towels provided. Garage with parking space is great. Had a great time, Jazmin was so helpful and attentive. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed very much the nice apartment. Spacious enough for two. Very fully furnished. Beautiful area, within walking distance to various restaurants and shop of Gran Alacant. Car is necessary to discover the area. Beautiful old towns such as Alicante and Murcia at 30-60 min by car. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening Only downside, the terrace is on the northwest so there is no sun on the terrace all day. The accommodation was lovely !

Me and my wife spent 3 nights here in February with our two kids, we were lucky that the sun shined every day, we were able to swim in the rooftop pool every day we even swam in the sea which wasn't even a 5 minute walk. The apartment is the perfect size for a family, easy to find from the airport (15mins away). the balcony is from all bedrooms and the lounge, beautiful sea views from every angle, clean & tidy, comfy beds and very well equipped. we used the onsite gym, tennis courts and paddle court. We had lunch and beers on the rooftop while using the pool every day (which is heated). the local restaurants are a 10 mins walk along the beach, great local food and reasonably priced again all with sea views. We used Airbnb lots and we would definitely stay here again. Wilfried was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and answered and questions super quickly. Good luck everyone. Enjoy!

Just back from a great winter trip staying at Rafal’s apartment. The views are incredible, especially from the hot tub on the terrace! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was beautifully furnished. Jazmin, who checked us in, was lovely and the communication was great. Perfect little holiday and would definitely stay again 🙂

We had a great time at James's place. The apartment is located in great surroundings in a quiet area, with access and possibility of several activities connected to the apartment. James was quick to respond to any questions that we had and we felt cared for by him. We can definitely recommend this place.

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
