Beautiful 2 bedroom house, metres away from the ocean, the beaches and the golf course of Quequen. Large backyard where children can play, terrace where to enjoy a family and friends barbecue, and a small rooftop where to enjoy sunset drinks and the ocean view. In the main level there is the dining-living room, with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom. In the second level there is the main room with a king sized bed, a large second room with two singles beds, and the main bathroom.

This unique place has plenty of room for you to enjoy with your loved ones. It is located 50 meters from the beach and Miguel Lillo Park. The area is very quiet and everything is close to restaurants and boutiques. It is ideal to enjoy walks in the area . Spacious , comfortable, bright , sleeps 6. It has Wi-Fi .
