Jessica’s home was amazing, so comfortable, and worked well for our crew. A little far from Queenstown, but the drive is gorgeous and I didn’t tire of the 40 min drive. Glenorchy jetty and area is so cute, great swim spot and has that small town charm. Loved our stay!

One of our favorite places we've ever stayed! This space was designed so thoughtfully, and was well stocked with the essentials. The location was just what we wanted–quiet enough but close enough to Queenstown for easy access to everything we wanted to do. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Celia’s place is beautiful! Extremely comfortable beds and linens. You have everything you need for your stay. It does feel like home with an outdoor terrace, BBQ, and a beautiful setting. Nice place to chill after a long day of hiking/tramping. Celia is a gracious host and enjoys people!

Bridget is a very welcoming and generous host. She invited us to take a walk across the field and along the scenic river to take a plunge in the rock pool nearby. The scenery is captivating, and the stars shine very brightly in this sparsely populated valley. Thanks again Bridget, for the freshly laid eggs and Veg ; much appreciated, as was the company from Amber, your friendly Labrador!

What an amazing place to stay, we loved it here. The view over the mountains is stunning. The guest suite is attached to the main house but felt completely private, it is very well designed so that even outside you are not overlooking the space of the main house. The location is incredible, feels beautifully remote but then just a few minutes drive down the road to wineries. We loved our stay!

Beautiful location with stunning views. Very easy check in, greeted by their lovely dog Remi and lots of helpful recommendations from Vickie. Really comfortable stay and a lovely quiet location. It’s a drive into Queenstown but for us this was perfect to stay out of the busy areas. Very close to Arrowtown which was a lovely little trip out.

So so so pleased with our stay. When we arrived, Nigel was onsite filling the hot tub for us. He introduced us to the friendly sheep named Babalicious and the friendly pup named Indy. Both were a pleasure to have around and we felt so welcomed. The house is beautiful and perfect for the group of 4 adults and one infant. We loved the setting and all the amenities.

We cannot say enough good things about this fantastic Lavender Farm home. It is beautifully decorated, was spotlessly clean, incredibly well-equipped, the location was very handy and the grounds just lovely. We were impressed with how warm the house stayed overnight, even on very crisp mornings—the quality of build is imminently evident. Our family extended our stay as we couldn’t bear to leave, and we wish we could live there forever. Thank you as well to Jane for being a responsive host, and we highly rate this experience to future guests.

Maria is an incredible host, communicative and helpful whilst giving us space. Her property was welcoming, warm, characterful and immaculate. My daughter and I had a wonderful, peaceful stay and deeply appreciated conversing with the animals and enjoying the outdoor space. We slept like logs with the logburner and extremely comfortable beds. This is the perfect place to slow down and breathe. Stunning views all around. We hope to return for another stay one day.

Aurelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess , and her beautiful house is located in a nice neighborhood not far from Queenstown. Our room is very clean and cozy , we truly enjoyed 2 nights comfortable stay and would love to go back if we had a chance to visit Queenstown again. Highly recommended!

We checked out a day earlier because of a water issue at the property due to external reasons. Karen refunded the entire amount. That said, the property is beautiful with amazing views. it's done up very tastefully with modern and high quality amenities. Very serene, private surroundings. Great for exploring the Wanaka region.

This was our second stay here - it was as lovely and comfortable as last time. This time we even got a visit from the very affectionate cat, and had the delight of being able to feed the ducks, hens, rooster and the gorgeous highland cows. The space is well equipped, the surrounds are so peaceful, and the host is very responsive.

Noteworthy and remarkable for the place and the view. Loved the accomplished history of the Hillary family and delighted to see the memorabilia incorporated into the decor. The view from house overlooking the lake and the Remarkables Range were mesmerizing and ever changing. We couldn’t wait to sit and just look at the view. Loved everything about the house and it is even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed for a fantastic five night stay especially if you like hiking and don’t mind steep hills. Yvonne was great at communicating with us. Just a super five star place and host!

All the stars for Kath & Steve (& super pup Duke!), can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough - beautiful & quiet location (short drive to Routeburn Track), thoughtful and very comfy home, and the very best hosts. So happy to know them and their place, very much look forward to another stay!

We loved our stay on Nolran farm. The accommodation was perfect. We had everything we needed. It was scenic, peaceful and well located near Arrowtown. The farm animals were a bonus. The hot spa tub was great after the Ben Lomand mount hike. This part of NZ is outstanding!

Gibston Valley Cottage is a great place to stay. Set in the beautiful Gibston Valley with easy access to the many attractions of Otago/Lakes area. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including laundry facilities. Thank you Brittany, you were an excellent host, and we appreciated your responsiveness which made things easier for us and allowed us to use our time in the area to the full.

Jackie is a lovely host. So sweet and friendly. The cottage has good privacy from the main house and is surrounded by beautiful fruit trees. While there aren’t sandflies there are mosquitos. No screens on the windows but there is an AC in the living room. Water pressure and heat is great. Very clean. A little noise from the road so if you’re a light sleeper, and sleep with the windows open you might want ear plugs.

"A Gem in the Mountains" This house was absolutely fantastic and truly added to the joy of our trip. Located in the remote mountains of Glenorchy, the house itself became a unique part of the experience. We even saw little rabbits around the area, and stepping outside greeted us with breathtaking mountain views. At night, you could even see the stars clearly in the sky. The house was in perfect condition, with each bedroom offering privacy and a huge living and kitchen space. We felt so comfortable during our stay. The host was also very responsive. I’d definitely return here!

Anyone wanting to stay in Cromwell do not look anywhere else but this cottage. Spacious, fantastic cottage garden complete with rabbits, hedgehogs, quails and many other birds. The scenery of lake Dunston and the mountains from the patio is to die for. Lucie is a wonderful host replying within minutes to any queries. While staying at the accommodation one tour which we highly recommend is the Clyde Dam Tour.

Lovely place with a pool and hot tub. Even the gardens were kept excellently, it was fabulous really.
